Nice location, great breakfast (we were asked what we want for the breakfast when we checked in) and the lady running the Gästehaus was very friendly.

Owner was confined to a wheelchair but managed with help to keep the hotel clean and spotless.The hotel was full of memorabilia that made the place friendly.The setting was like a fantasy land from a movie.Breakfast was set up as personal as possible.Highly recommend this hotel anytime.

There was nothing I didn't like..You could not fault anything.

actually I did not stay in the property. I paid and checked out in an hour. I was hoping it to be a livelier neighbourhood but it was a super secluded area. The rooms are cozy and looked spic and span. the toilets also looked well maintained.

I reached early evening and the lady who is the owner of the house did not understand English at all could not tell or explain to me anything. however when o said o would like to leave she used Google translate to communicate though with slight difficulty but she managed to communicate at that point in time. just made me feel that this could be done at time of check in as well.

Quiet, nice Gasthaus near town of Hornberg.

Breakfast was limited and a bit scant of selections but adequate.

location was execptional ,hostess adorable, value for money first class.

Lovely place. Cute humble couple who are such a pleasure to talk with. Although I don’t speak German, we both tried to communicate in English. Breakfast spread was superb. Room was very very clean and spacious. Wifi connection was strong. Highly recommended to all for a memorable stay.

It was a good stay on a good location (near Triberg). The breakfast was fine. They are very friendly people. The room was spacious. A beautiful balcony with flowers. Very very clean!

Very pleasant stay, nice view of the black forest from balcony, breakfast is also nice! The owner is a couple married more than 60’years, I wish them a good heath!

The couple who run this quant establishment are kind and helpful. Although we did not speak German, they conveyed their interest and hope of our having a wonderful time. Parking available onsite (very convenient) and close to Black Forest attractions.
