The food was really good. Didn't eat elsewhere, but breakfast was less good.

The staff were miserable and didn't want to be there!

Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast had a lot of options.

Due to false advertisement Leading me to believe the I was getting a double bed caused my holiday to become a night mare. They called the police because they didn't have an answer for me. The police left and said its a civil matter I cut my holiday short and returned back to uk . The staff were rude unhelpful and a disgrace

Breakfast was very nice, quite a variety of options to choose from. The room was quite spacious.

The room was spacious and very clean. The location was very central and safe. Good choice for breakfast.

Staff can be more friendly, especially at the restaurant and at reception. They also need to understand food intolerances (eg you tell them about dairy intolerances and they bring you spinach covered in cream and then take it away without replacing with another veg). No non-dairy milk available for breakfast. Breakfast tables were not immediately cleaned up after use.

Nice rooms, great bathrooms, lift access and cot provision on request
