My room overlooked the canal. Perfect on a sunny morning. It is an old property and has been cleverly converted to provide en-suite facilities. It is reasonably close to the station. (I travelled everywhere by train).

The second flight of stairs is extremely steep. Thank you Freek for carrying our bags down. the bathroom is very tight as well but worked ok.

Great location between station and city centre, big room with kitchen, garden (!) and all mod cons, very comfy bed and good shower. What else do you want? :-)

Perfect stay in an excellent room at a great location with friendly host.

location: 5 min walking distance to center for shopping food and drinks, 5 walking minutes to supermarket, free car parking near by, quiet canal street, tastefully decorated, free coffee and tea, and access to joint refrigerator. Hospitality: host was very friendly, informative, and knowledgeable of the areas to visit. We will return to stay here again.

had a heavy luggage and taking that to the first floor was a challenge. Nobody there to help.

Beautiful apartment with outside balcony, 1 minute walk to bars and restaurants. WiFi, coffee maker, literally anything you could think of. Shower was lush, powerful and huge shower head. Floor to ceiling windows so lovely and light. We will def stay again.

The apartment we were in the stairs were very steep, fine for us....typical old Dutch stairs. Only one tiny negative was the couch wasn't very comfy but so minor an issue and we were out and about all day and night.

It was a fantastic stay - highly recommended
