Clean, quiet, friendly and well located

The decoration needs a bit of an upgrade and the breakfast a bit more variety. The orange juice was really fresh and very good, though.

Good location, next to some termas. Decent sized rooms. Quiet street. Parking

Breakfast is very basic but good enough. The bathroom windows are connected, so you can hear the next room very well. but overall, good accommodation.

The room was clean, had a TV and the bathroom was nice. The place is in a great location. Chilling area down stairs was spacious.

Shower was small. Bed was hard.

There was no balcony in the bedroom as advertised and there were almost no products to shower with (no shampoo)

Great location to go to the termas and have a walk around next to the river, the owner was very happy to help with anything. The breakfast was ok.

The pillow was very hard and small and the mattress was short (I have 1.80m in height) and hard

Great location, right next to the park where you can use the hot water spring. Really nice and flexible owner. For us it was like staying at a friends house. Good breakfast with natural juice, bread and croissants.

For the price and considering it's a residence, I can't remember something I didn't like.

It is nothing to do with the hotel but there were some people out enjoying themselves way too much until early morning which was a bit annoying but since it was a holiday area in the holiday season, I guess it can't be helped.
