we were surprised that no one was there and we had to call a number to get a code to get in the facility. our room key was on the counter with 5 others. not a secure way to do things. didn’t see any personnel til the next morning. our room was in the process of repair

Well appointed rooms, good breakfast and location close to cruise terminal .

Reception is not manned 24/7 you just need to get used to it

I liked the the water damaged ceiling, handtaped shower nozzle

Walls are superthinn, you can hear everybody coming and going. Even somebody talking downstairs and the flushing when somebody using the toilet. Pay a little more and you will get better value for your money.

The hotel is beautiful, accessible, near the marina, and is well staffed.

Breakfast was nice - selection of coffe drinks, juices and water. Hot/warm food options were available - pancakes and heated sandwiches. For some maybe small, but diverse selection of breakfast options. The staff prepared everything niceley and puts your orders on plates. Interior of the ground floor hall was nice and stylish.

The weather during our stay was very bad, but it did not affect our stay in the hotel.

Very good breakfast for what i was expecting.
