Excellent location in the heart of the city, all you need just 5 mins walk around. Friendly staff. Convenient self check-in system. Room was clean, good sound proof. Stylish room interior. Comfy bed. Decent breakfast at the bakery (same build as hotel): eggs, meat, cheese, vegetables, fruit, desserts, few vegan options, additionally, I extremely liked the apple juice! There is another hotel in this build, the owner is same for two hotels, at the reception of second hotel (Stora Hotellet) it's possible to rent a bike for free. If you will have room at the highest floors, you will have very beautiful city view!

Size of the room is really tiny. It's not possible to open the window, they have own air conditioning system, which was hard to tune as I would like to have, sometimes it was to fresh in the room for me, but not critical. Unsual location of sink - near bed, not in bathroom. As the bed located just before the window - which most likely will have great scenes outside - TV is located not before your head. So if you will want to watch it, it could be not very comfortable for you head.

We had high floor with beautiful view on the river, it was very cool.

one of window blinders was broken and was not automatically. so i needed to open window blinders manually. but it did not lower my comfort in this hotel. next time when i will be in Umea- this hotel will be first place where i will search accommodation.

Sehr zentrale Lage, topp gepflegt, Zimmer sehr gut gestaltet für ein Stadthotel. Auch die Abgrenzung schlafen / arbeiten prima gelungen. Herrlicher Blick auf den Umeå Fluss. Die architektonische Verknüpfung alter Gebäude mit einem topp modernen Hotel ist sehr gut gelungen. Parkhausalternative bei voller Buchung in 200 m Entfernung.

Das Waschbecken außerhalb der Nasszelle im Arbeitsbereich war befremdlich. Ungewohnt, dass check in und check out komplett digital selbst erstellt wurden. Nur weil ich eine Frage zum Parkhaus hatte, kam eine Person aus dem Backoffice. Wer mit der Digitalisierung nicht vertraut ist, sollte die Buchung überdenken.

Bra läge. Smidig check in och out. Fin utsikt.

Stod "flod utsikt" när jag bokade rummet. Fick sedan rum med utsikt över staden.

Det öppna landskapet och den härliga utsikten från rummet.

Lite trångt vid frukosten med för min smak för låga bord.

Utsikten från hotellrummet var magiskt! Sängen var väldigt skön och man fick vakna upp med klarblå himlen framför sig!

Vi blev lite missnöjda över frukosten tyvärr, var svårt att hitta var allting låg och mycket folk. Våfflorna tog lång tid, fick trauma av äggröran den var det äckligaste jag ätit. Stolarna var inte heller bekväma. Men jätte fin och mysigt frukost ställe ändå.
