Domaćini su bili vrlo srdačni, apartman je veoma uredan, vrlo praktično opremljen i na fantastičnoj lokaciji. U srcu starog grada i na 5 minuta peške do autobuske stanice, ali u vrlo tihoj i maloj uličici koja iz nekog razloga nije previše prometna, tako da može lepo da se odmara. Osim toga, u istoj ulici je simpatičan maleni, reklo bi se porodičan restoran sa dobrom ponudom hrane, i veoma prijatnim osobljem, tako da nismo morali daleko da šetamo u potrazi za mestom za večeru. Takođe, u istoj uličici je i artisanski kafe sa veoma kvalitetnim izborom kafa i poslastica, pa je i doručak bio praktično rešen. :)

The location was great, the appartment had lots of room, Maja was super helpful and freindly! Renting both units was perfect for our multi generational family. Wish we would have stayed longer!

Meeting the owner, Matije. Staying 2 nights in Rovinj. Being within walking distances of Croatia's most beautiful seaside small town. Location, location location. Modern, very clean and large apartment.

The location was perfect for experiencing the unique old town of Rovinj, tucked away on a historic side street.

The location of the apartment is the biggest selling point. Parking spaces are a hot commodity in the area but there is a lot nearby and luckily we got there at the perfect time for a spot. There’s a travel building adjacent to the parking lot where you can pay for parking and rent bikes. The apartment is in the pedestrian zone of Rovinj and takes less than 15 minutes to get anywhere on foot. The apartment was super clean and the a/c unit worked well once it was powered on. Full kitchen which we utilized. Enjoyed our stay very much.

The apartment has a set of stairs leading up to the main door and once inside, another set of stairs. Anyone with mobility issues may have a problem since the stairs inside don’t have a rail. My mother-in-law had problems but my husband and I were fine with the stairs. Also, the ceiling in the bedrooms upstairs slope so taller people may hit their heads. This didn’t bother us.
