Breakfast was great but maybe we could have been advised we could mix it up a bit. Building is great and nice to stay in a traditional building and it was well decorated with some different touches. The courtyard could have been a bit nicer and space maybe could be used better.

Great location. Loved being in the old town in an traditional building. Staff were exceptionally friendly. Breakfasts were great. Very clean and comfortable. Would stay again.

bed in the suite was small and creaky. Also the room was very small and not enough light.

Location was perfect, room was large, staff was accommodating, breakfast was very good.

Bathroom has frosted doors, shower has no door, no where to hang towels, bed was saggy. Staff could have been more helpful with directions, especially with regard to COVID testing availability, as many travelers are required to get it prior to flying.

the room booked was called a delux suite - you had no access to the roof terraced mini pool this was not made clear - the picture of the suite was not what we stayed in - we were in a basic room - with paint pealing from the ceiling - if the toilet was flushed from the people above it smelt of drainage which was not nice. breakfast was not open to have more if you wanted to - the first breakfast was cooked which we chose - was nice with added bread and jam etc - 2nd day I chose a continental breakfast - I opted for cereal and a banana - my husband chose cooked breakfast but this tine there was no bread given- the 3rd day we both chose cereal and bananas to be told there isn’t any - i asked my husband if he could just step out and buy 2 - which he did it took him 30sec it was literally outside - i would have have thought the hotel could have done that! they apologised but to me that was a poor. so it’s a shame that there was more negativity to say about this trip then positivity. The male staffs were really nice and polite - but i felt the lady staff was not very accommodating or even helpful felt she was being more fake and cold then actually honest.
