it’s was very cold, the heat was off and I have put on but it was still not working.

The place is a nice and quiet, not far from the city center. The administrator helped with parking issues. Ease of getting keys and returning them. Well equipped kitchen.

Sofa and doors in a shower cabin needs a major overhaul. The room was ordered for 3 people, but towels were provided only for 2 people. When applying, they received an answer that they would provide another towel tomorrow, as they do not work 24/7, although the request for receiving a towel was sent at 3 p.m. in the afternoon.

the room was clean, quiet and met our expectations, the tv had english channels, there was sugar and tea bags in the kitchen and the room was very warm.

getting the key was a little hard because the box was a little hard to open but then it was okay eventually, we tried reaching the owner as it was cold and opening the key box was a hustle but no response.

smell, it really smells bad in the property. also there is an unclarity with trash separation - there is only one trash bin in apartment

Picture and reality are two different things. We expected much better apartment. Also there was awful smell in the room.

Place was clean, inna good location, not far away from city center and bus station. Apartment was pretty big and we enjoyed our staying :)

The only problem was the flush, but just the thing to Fix :) and the place might not look exactly the same as on the pictures, but its still really nice :)

Stinky apartment with dirty dishes. Dirty carpet on the floor. The bed is so old that you can barely sleep on it. The same with sofas: failed unshaped. Every corner of this apartment is dirty that makes you feel thay you paid for nothing. Wardrobe is broken. To present such "service" is a total disrespect to the visitors. This place urgently needs a better maintenance and room services. Bed linen sets were ok, clean and nice.
