My kids loved the pool. It's a shame the 1st 2 days it was green so I didn't allow them to.swim. after it was clean we all enjoyed it. The Jacuzzi was a bonus. Our apartment was beautiful and well equipped.

Apartment door front door key wouldn't work but because it's an enclosed complex with security I never felt unsafe plus the burglar door worked. It should be fixed though.

The location is wonderful, the rooms were clean and staff were friendly. We really enjoyed our stay at Kowie River chalets

It was cold no heaters, old furniture

Pool was lovely

No WiFi as promised

Walking straight to the beach without driving ,lot of activities and swimming pool.

The remote for the gate to the beach was not working when we arrived but luckily it was fixed

Everything,my kids absolutely enjoy the stay and the facilities.

A big place like them should have an Inventor or something for loadshedding,that was the only turn off

Loved the place, the rooms were neat and spacious. Facilities were great, kids enjoyed the Jacuzzi. The views from our chalet were amazing!

The wifi connection was horrible, it didn't connect the whole time we were there.
