Great location, beautiful view! The people in the hotel are very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and comfortable. I really enjoyed the pool area. We would like to come back.
A handicapped person can't enter the pool.

Perfect week-end get away location, quiet and stunning views. The outdoors are super nice, you can eat in front of the sunset and enjoy the sunny pool at any time of the day.

no information that reception only opens at 7:30 in the morning (was only mentioned on the app but we were not told onced there and there is nobody in the hotel before 7:30 AM)

Great location, quiet environment, pleasant scenery, while only 30 kms from Graz.
Nicely renovated spacious room with balcony. Very good food, especially dinner.
Extremely helpful owners and staff, we had a medical issue and they arranged a doctor's visit on site.

Staff was very friendly. Quiet and remote location. Large room. By our understanding hotel had authentic Austrian feeling - different wooden elements in interior and attributes in hallways.
Soap tray was empty and toilet room had funny smell.

Parking directly next to the building, strong wifi. Overall for Austria it was a bargain.
You could smell the moist in the apartment like when your enter summer house after the winter. The bed was wet and cold. The floor was dusty.

First of all, the location is great. Situated in a small village, this property offers you a big yard with playground facilities and pool. The kids will probably enjoyed it.
We also enjoyed the food at the inhouse restaurant and also the breakfast which was basic but good quality.
The owners are very friendly and one of them speaks perfect English. We requested to check in earlier and they did the best to help us with our request.
The room was nice and comfy.
The overall cleanliness standard was good, but, just a small aspect - the floor could have been better wiped - not a big deal anyway

The environment was beautiful. There are a lot of hiking trails around Semriach. The garden is beautiful, the rooms are clear. The elevator was useful for us, cause we were travelling with a baby. Despite of the hot weather, the hotel was cool.
The breakfast was ok, but nothing interesting.
