The staff is kind and friendly and the restaurant serves very good food. The facilities are as expected for a three star hotel.

The WIFI connection could be better. I found the individual bed slightly small.

You arrive and you see this hotel on a hill top with a horse training ground and plenty of parking which masks the nightmare in store for you

Shortly after arriving heard dogs barking non-stop for several hours. When dinner started, you hear people talking in the restaurant from 2 floors away, which becomes unbearable when they leave and continue their conversation in the parking lot outside your bedroom window. From 21:00 till 00:45 there were musical chairs. Seems like the staff were moving furniture around constantly. I called reception to ask them to stop, they apologized but it continued. Managed to fall asleep with the help of a white noise app to drown the noise at 23:00 but got woken up at 00:30 by loud banging and chairs being moved around. The guests leaving the restaurant at that time talking loud made it unbearable. Heard people flushing their toilet, showering and other unpleasant noises. It was so bad and stressful that I packed up my things to leave, but realized that checking in at a different hotel in the early hours of the morning would be problematic. Ended up falling asleep again around 02:00 and as I left at 08:30, reception was closed and no one at breakfast. Never before have I wanted to leave a hotel in the middle of the night due to unbearable noise level. There appears to be zero insulation. It’s simply unacceptable. Safe to say I will never return to this hotel and pity anyone that does. You have been warned

The restaurant food was really nice, fresh and honest cooking. The breakfast served in the garden had a nice selection including fresh fruit, yoghurt and quality coffee. The pool was spectacular: very large, lake shaped pool with shallow area for the kids, jet stream area and bar in the pool, as well as beautiful view over the hills. Lots of areas to hang out and relax, loungers and lawn. We stayed in the family apartment: it was simple but comfortable, lots of space. Michele and his family were very friendly. Beautiful setting in the nature among hills and a horse farm.

The apartment is very practical and spacious, but could easily be turned into 10 points for a family stay with a few simple fixes. The kid's room has no window so the air is a bit stuffy there. The kid's bed is a convertible sofa bed that is medium comfortable, a normal bed would be better. The lock on the door might be good to upgrade. The windows have no mosquito nets. Other than that, the apartment is very practical and nice for a family and we would like to stay there again.
