If there was one thing which was frustrating and that is the 3pm check in time. But totally understand there is only a small window to get rooms cleaned and ready from the night before. And the standard of the rooms with cleanliness was amazing

The location was fab, the view of the stadium from our room was amazing! Heaven is great, my son loved going up there multiple times.

Very good views over Old Trafford Stadium (but don't pay extra for these - they'll offer them at no cost if they're not busy) Excellent location for gigs at the O2 Victoria Warehouse (100m away) - which is why we stayed. Food and bar: a solid 7/10 The car park is large and safe (but you need to cross a busy road to return to the hotel)

The football theme suggests there'll be football memorabilia on the walls - but this wasn't really the case (apparently, this is only available in some premium rooms). The location is great for the football, cricket or the O2 arena, but not very good if you're wanting to be in the heart of Manc Oh, and Manchester Utd lost away at Chelsea that evening - and the barman was shouty and stroppy afterwards!

Everything. The hotel is just all in all fantastic. Very clean, decor done up to a very high standard and all staff couldn't do enough for my son and I, very friendly and welcoming. I booked this hotel for my sons 11th birthday and we both enjoyed our break so much the football pitch on the top floor is just excellent. Thanks very much we loved our stay!

For a football themed hotel, the 'gym' is abysmal. It's in a tiny boot room sized room with 3 machines. Honestly, pathetic... I'm assuming a 'gym' has been added to try and boost the star rating of the hotel. Maid walked into my room just before 10am (had just wrapped a towel around my waist after the shower). When I quite rightly shouted at her for just walking in (no knocking), she had the cheek to argue, in broken English, that she can just come in because I was checking out at 11am... Who operates a system like that?! Lady at the front counter with red hair gave a half sympathetic apology. For the price, definitely not worth it. Especially on match days - you're paying for the convenience. The premier inn/travelodges close by are far better value!

I thought the hotel was very clean and really well laid out, very smart. The location is fantastic and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. My son and I really enjoyed the hotel and we will definitely book again in the future.

The cost was excessive and having to pay for parking after the amount we paid for the stay. The The hair dryer in the room was old and dirty. The restaurant food was basic bar food and not what we have expected after previous stays. The room was apparently upgraded to a new room but was smaller than the room originally booked as we have stated before we have stayed here numerous times and this occasion was very disappointing.

This was a birthday present for my husband as we had tickets for the Man U vs notts forest on his birthday. Loved the hotel, staff were very welcoming, room was spacious and very clean. I paid extra to upgrade our room to a superior stadium view room and we were not disappointed!!

I paid extra for the ‘celebration package’ and wasn’t blown away with what was in the room. For the price of this package the decorations could have been better! This is just minor feedback though, we loved our stay.
