Great price and good location, 20 minute walk to the town centre and 30 minute walk to the bus terminal. Staff are absolutely lovely, I was quite unwell one of the days and they went above and beyond for me. Truly some of the nicest hostel staff I've encountered.

Alexis and his team are great, really friendly and kind! They help you out with everything. Alexis even offered me to go paragliding with him!

You have to walk around 15 minutes to get to the center.

Whole facility is kind of outdated, but I didn't mind Bed matress sinks when you sleep on it your back hits against the wooden board

Very simple hostel but had good air con in the room and wasn't super busy as I don't think many people stop in La Rioja. It's fairly close to the main centre. Staff were helpful when I needed to book a taxi to the bus station.

3km from bus station so you need a taxi. Bed was comfortable enough but mattress a bit thin/old. Sink in the bathroom was a little grubby but difficult to know if that was age or cleaning.

Very disappointed with our stay. We met three members of staff. Two were very nice but we only met them on the last morning of our stay. Upon checking in, the other staff member barely spoke to us, was only interested in taking our money, didn’t even show us where the bathroom was and then spent the entirety of our stay playing on his phone. Would have loved to organise a trip or excursion but he was not one bit interested in helping us. Apart from that, the hostel was loud, extremely grubby and run down. The kitchen was disgusting. The shower was the only positive to take from our stay. We are well travelled and spend lots of time in hostels. We hate to leave a bad review but this place was so uncomfortable in every way. Cheap yes, but honestly not worth it.
