the room was clean and tidy. the lobby and staff were pleasant. breakfast was inclusive.

the room was extremely warm. there was only 1 twin comforter for a king size bed., people leaving the hotel at 3 am. can hear their luggage rolling on the floor.

The staff members were extreamly helpful and kind. The hotel enterieur an atmostpher was enjoiable and typically German what I like. Thank you for the servise.

The room smelled like an ashtray. The decor was dated. It felt like it was situated in an industrial park. The staff assured me that I could receive assistance calling for a cab by 5:15 am. The office was supposed to open at 5:00 am, but the staff member on duty did not arrive until 5:34, and didn’t open the lobby until almost 6 am.

The rooms are comfortable and very clean, The fact the it is next to a resturant and others are close by.

i have no complaints.

The staff were exceptional. Very friendly. The breakfast was great. The location, close to Ramstein Air Base, is very convenient. I really enjoyed Big Emma right next door.

I love that the hotel is really close to the Air Base and you didn't have to drive far to get there. Also there is a restaurant right by the hotel Big Emma's and the food is amazing.

The whole time I was there and it was like 3 days I could not get on the WIFI. I tried at different times of the days and it would say I was connected but I could not get on anything. I really needed to do some work but I could get on the WIFI.

Loved our stay. Within walking distance of trainstation and restaurants.

Our room was next to restaurant and needing air, the window needed to be open. Noise was a bit loud.

Plenty of parking. Clean.

No front desk after 9 pm. They left a note telling us how to get our key out of the safe next to the door. Anyone could have taken the key. Was annoyed that cleaning staff wanted into the room 45 min before checkout time.

Super easy late check in. Great breakfast. Good restaurant next door. Larger room than typical European hotels.
