Kirsty and Kevin are excellent hosts and couldn't do enough for us. They were very knowledgeable about the surrounding location Food was excellent with a fantastic choice for breakfast.

The hosts were outstanding! Made us feel very welcome from start to finish. Clean room with comfy bed in an excellent location. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choice for everyone and freshly prepared. Will definitely be staying there again.

My friend and I loved our stay and felt well looked after! The hosts were incredible - so friendly and accommodating and you could tell they love running the BnB and care about their guests. The breakfast was delicious. The hot tub was a great feature that made the stay feel special. The room was very comfortable and clean.

Everything exceeded our expectations it's the best B&B we have every stayed in. Kirsty and Kevin were excellent hosts, the choices for breakfast were amazing and the quality of the food served was superb. Every where was spotless in the B&B and it had a welcoming, friendly and relaxing atmosphere,

There were no negatives to our stay we loved everything.

Amazing , friendly and helpful hosts. The best breakfasts we have ever had ! Great location just 5 mins walk to shops and restaurants. Hot tub is a great bonus !

The breakfasts are exceptional with a wide choice of inventive dishes and large portion sizes. The friendliness and helpfulness of the owners was also very good. The location is very convenient for access to shops and hospitality venues in Aviemore but is also very quiet.

The ensuite bathroom was a little small but we recognize that is not something that can be easily changed.

Kirsty and Kev were amazing hosts. Exactly what you want from a B&B - delicious breakfasts, peaceful nights, beautiful view out the window and fantastic recommendations on what to do around the Cairngorms tailored to our interests (Kev - we ended up hiking up Cairn Gorm and across the entire ridge to Caire Lochan and down - breathtaking! Thanks for the reco). Will be definitely coming back and sending our friends your way :)

Slightly small room, which was okay for us with our small suitcases. Water pressure a little low. Otherwise no complaints.

Amazing breakfast, great hosts

Kirsty and Kev were wonderful hosts and really made our stay special. They provided us with advice on how to spend our days in the area, helping us truly make the most of our stay. As well as providing us with full cooked breakfasts from a range of choices, they catered to any requirements we had. Our room was cosy, comfortable and clean, which was particularly great at this time with the pandemic. Located a five minutes walk from the town centre, warmed outdoor seating and a jacuzzi, they had all the facilities needed for a break at any time of year. We can't wait to come back here and visit again.
