It’s right on the beach, so we could swim any time we wanted to. Had a beautiful deck that overlooked the water and sand. Primo place to swim! Had a BBQ and full kitchen facilities and free use of snorkelling gears and kayaks. Easy to find and had everything I needed.

We were very comfortable at Arapati Holiday Homes. It had everything we needed and excellent value for money. The view was Superb, absolute beach front Accommodation, shame about the weather. Very handy to have a small shop across the road with a supermarket within 10mins walking distance. Thankyou Stuart and Jenny for letting us stay in wonderful Pepe Bach. We found the location easily and communications with the owner were easy and friendly. I would rate this accommodation highly given it location and the history behind the house.

There is very little to sat that was negative about the house.

Very nice view having beach on door step. Everything you need for self contained trip. Would recommend to bring noise cancelling earbuds :) overall very nice.

the bedroom was a bit noisy as it is very close to the road.

Lovely location, so private and peaceful al

We hit a very windy patch for a few days which sort of put a damper on things.

We had an amazing stay at Arapati- great location, not far from everything in Muri, 600m from Wigmore’s supermarket, small shop directly across the road and the best beach on the island right on your back door step. Very spacious, great for families. They provide so much from paddle boards, kayaks, Weber BBQ down to reef shoes in all different sizes to suit. We stayed in the Henry 4-5 bedroom villa. We also met the owners who were great and very friendly and allowed us a late check out to suit our flight time which was very generous. Also wanted to mention they provided heaps of towels more than your regular accomodation. Beds were comfortable and plenty of fans for each room. It is also a Vodafone hotspot which was really handy if you purchase a hotspot voucher when you arrive. Overall amazing place and if we ever get the chance to go back to raro this will be the very first place I’ll go for accomodation. Great value for money. Absolutely nothing!

Arapati Holiday Home located in the best part of Rarotonga if you like water sports, even at low tide good swimming. The house is spacious and comfortable open plan with spacious decks. Very clean and modern . Convenience stores handy. Likewise restaurants. We thought being close to the main road (noise )would be a problem but you hardly notice it.

Perhaps insect screens on all bedrooms and ceiling fans.

The house kitchen/lounge was lovely , my husband Brent & I stayed in the detached unit which was great and private having ensuite and walk in dressing room was an added bonus.

In need of new pillows and some towel rails to put dry on after getting off line . One extra set of sheets as when washing will not dry on line and a couple of hand towels we brought a box of little ant stations and after a couple of days their were less and less. Our hosts Jenny & Stu were amazing .

We liked the location and the set-up was great with the Kajaks. The house was well set up too with big fridge freezer space and kitchen utilities a plenty.

Some of the lightbulbs were blown. There was no rubbish bin for the downstairs unit.

Guys, do me a favour and just book it! It would the the most amazing place you will stay on cook island, you will start your day by making a coffee and sitting in front of the amazing lagoon in from of your balcony, when you will fill little bit hot, you will jump into the water that just 2 meter away. The facilities have every thing you will need, well enquipment kitchen, BBQ, great shower and the must improtant thing you are first line to the ocean, with a maximum privicay! (The snorkeling from the apartment is amazing, just swim 2 minutes and you will find the magic!)

Its not the newest property on the island, but its more than enough!
