The location is really the only selling point of the guesthouse/hotel. If you need anything you must stand in the street and catch the family's attention in their upstairs apartment.

Good accommodation at a reasonable price.. Good air conditioning. Good location. Lively, pleasant town to visit. Friendly owner.

A nice and welcoming host with an amazing location in Mtskheta. A nice room in a house literally in the immediate neighborhood of the Svetitskhoveli Cathedral with a kind and helpful owner. This will be my choice for my next visit in Mtskheta as well.

This location is great

One of our favorite stays during our trip through Georgia! Perfect location and everything is in a walking distance. The owner and his family live in the same house and treat guests with all Georgian hospitality. They greeted us with a huge bottle of tasty Georgian wine and gave recommendation on the best restaurant, where locals prefer to eat - absolutely delicious food!!!Old Capital has option for homemade breakfasts, which we enjoyed a lot. It was very good, affordable, and kept us full until dinner. If you travel on car, be aware - Old Capital locates inside restricted parking area. For the very first time you will have park somewhere around, walk to the guesthouse and Georgi (the owner) will help to come through the gate.

I really liked the place for its comfort, the views and the owners. Giorgi is such a good person and storyteller. Don't hesitate to ask him about Georgia and Mtskheta city! Also I really like the breakfast (they asking about what I would like to eat) - thx Aza :)
