Location was great. Very close to the mirissa beach. I got a large room with clean and a comfy bed. Perfect price for a night stay.

The washroom was bit old looking and not so clean.

Very nice place. Good location. Only 1 minute to get beach. Good hot water, good air condition, good WiFi. Super large room space and bathroom. Friendly host and staff, so nice. We lived here over month. It’s comfortable. We love here.

Comfortable bed,, acceptable use of there wifi

Arrived late in afternoon, had read on website that it had a pool, it didn't. Staff could have looked smarter. Very basic kitchen abit like a hostel, room with balcony, but next door very noisy.

The beach is located across the street and walking distance to everything. We didn’t need to take a single tuk-tuk which was great. The owner Gayan was super helpful and the staff were very polite and welcoming. Also the property was very clean and had a comfy bed. I would highly recommend staying here while visiting Mirissa. Thank you Gayan for setting up our Yala national park excursion.

Location near beach was good

Booked a twin room but second bed was not made. Staff was incredibly rude! Especially when I told them about wanting a twin. Or that I wanted the room to be cleaned. At checkout the manager was actually cursing at me for not being grateful. Also no help to bring our luggage to our from the 4th floor with no lift.
