Esta nueva casa en el corazón de la tranquila zona residencial de Cape Rise es la escapada perfecta para familias y amigos por igual. Con un parque infantil y un parque para niños al final de la calle, además de un corto paseo por las playas vírgenes poco profundas de la bahía, cafeterías y tiendas, este lugar tiene algo para todos los gustos.
La casa en sí ha sido terminada con accesorios y accesorios exquisitos, y con 5 dormitorios y 2 baños, tiene capacidad para 8 personas. El dormitorio principal completo con una cama queen, es cómodo y espacioso, con un hermoso baño. Las habitaciones restantes también son de un tamaño generoso, con otras 2 habitaciones que contienen camas queen y las habitaciones más pequeñas con 2 literas king.
El baño compartido entre estas habitaciones cuenta con magníficos títulos de mármol del piso al techo, con un gran hueco para la ducha, además de un baño profundo, perfecto para un largo baño al final de un día ocupado explorando la región.
Una nueva cocina de diseño, lo hace perfecto para el entretenimiento, abriéndose paso hacia el luminoso y cómodo salón / comedor. Las áreas de entretenimiento interiores se abren directamente al área al aire libre bajo cubierta a través de puertas plegables que lo hacen perfecto para el entretenimiento al aire libre durante todo el año.
Como si eso no fuera suficiente ... hay una sala de juegos que se puede cerrar desde la sala de estar haciendo un retiro tranquilo para que los padres lean un libro y se relajen, o para que los niños vean una película durante tiempo de inactividad También hay una mesa de billar ideal para entretener a los adultos o niños mayores.

Very spacious modern 5-bedroom holiday house with lots of shared space and outdoor area, plus games room and huge garage. Well set up for our week with 8 adults and 4 children. Very helpful landlord. Highly recommended.

HUGE house, great location
Had a great time. The house is huge, spotless, and very well equipped with kitchen ware etc. It's a quiet street with a fabulous little park down the road and really easy to get into town or out to all the sights. Owner was really easy to contact and lovely to deal with. We'd definitely consider staying here again.

Home away from home
We stayed 3 nights at the property with family friends- 4 adults and 4 kids in total. This property ticked all the boxes and only thing we wished for as the extra, extra icing on the cake was a pool :) However, the kids enjoyed playing in the expansive background. Des was very responsive (and polite!) throughout the booking process and checked in on us at arrival. Worth mentioning that this property will meet most of your needs - comfort, space and including food ( the pantry was well stocked!).
Location was perfect and a short drive to most places: town centre, beaches, caves, etc.
Definitely deserving of a 5 star!

Best holiday stay yet
Was lucky enough to jag a week over Easter down there and absolutely loved it. Des was so fantastic with all communication and even let us check in early so my toddler could catch his midday nap, which saved us an evening with a monster! Place is beautiful and had all the essentials there, plenty of room for the family including in-laws and didn’t cramp each other’s style. The neighbourhood is quiet and the park at the end of the street was good to get the little man to of an evening.

Perfect Family Holiday Home
This spacious home was immaculately presented. We have stayed in a number of high end holiday homes in Dunsborough, many at a higher cost. This property surpassed our expectations on every level. As well as beautifully appointed, the soft furnishings,bedding and towels were of a high standard. We also loved the outdoor area and garden. Perfect to keep a 3 and 7 year old occupied. Book this home you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing house in a great area
We stayed at this house with our two young kids and extended family. The house was perfect. The kitchen is large and open and perfect for large groups. The communal areas were also perfect for large groups. It was very well furnished and felt luxurious and grand. Highly recommend.
