Spacious, well appointed 2 bedroom apartment is modern and clean with comfortable beds (sleeps up to six). Functional kitchen and living room with LCD TV and a stack of DVDs. Great location , 6-7 min walk to S-Bahn and nearby restaurants.

The apartment was spacious, well furnished and over all nice. It's easy to make it feel like home away from home. Wifi and Tv worked great, as well as the washing machine and drying rack. Great touch to have a fans in the bedrooms! The location was near the S-bahn, stores and shops in walking distance, nice playground in the back. Would recommend!

The bathroom is tiny and the shower even smaller, altough they had figured out a way to make it work. The aparment was in a need of a deep clean as a lot of dust has settled into crevicis. The couches have seen better days but were pretty comfy. The apartment is on the fourth floor(or fifth the ground floor counts as zero) and its a lot of walking with bags and kids.

The apartment was very clean throughout, with a comfortable bed and good pillows, good working smart tv, fast wifi, and the room had character! The studio apartment is on the fifth floor but 120 steps later it's a little treasure tucked away on the top of the building! It was well-organized, and I had everything I needed for my short stay. Although small, it was comfortable and large enough for 2 people. Very good location, safe to walk at night, and it is well connected by train to the main Alexanderplatz, from which you can walk to the main sights and also plenty to shop at! I would definitely come back.

The train! It was very loud at night and unfortunately, because the apartment is on the top floor it can get very hot. Not the owner's fault. So I had to keep the windows open, which did not help with the noise! This is the only reason I gave it an 8. You get used to the noise after a couple of nights, but if only staying a couple of nights it can be rather tiring to go on without a good night's sleep. Perhaps a small fan and darker/sun-insulating curtains in the room would have helped the situation. Also, if you choose this property, bring earplugs! My friend used hers and she couldn't hear a thing. I would definitely come back! One thing I would have appreciated was an iron and an iron board!

Great location - five min walk to train station. Clean and tidy apartment. Smooth and easy check in and departure.

Nice, clean apartment and close to public transport

Great apartment, very nice, furnitured and you can find there all the basic utils for your stay. Nicely decorated. Near to the public transport station, few of shop around and during the weekend also free parking in the area.
