The kitchen was dirty and never cleaned by guests or hosts? Not at all attractive for cooking

The accomodation was pretty comfortable and placed in a good location within a nice vital area in a turkish district full of restaurants, shops, and bars, just 10 minutes walk from the coastline promenade, Batumi park and other attractive places.

It was very hard to find the place even with online maps and help of local people as they usually don´t speak English. There was neither sigh on the house nor door bell or anything to contact anyone. The communication with the owner was not very fluent for the same reason as well. The room was not ready at the time we arrived because he didn´t notice our reservation and he seemed to be rude at the beginning. We shared the bathroom with the family which makes the accommodation less comfortable, however this might be just due to the low season.

Clean and trustworthy place in a central location. The host only speaks Georgian and Russian but he is very kind, smiling and helpful.

Location just off the turkish old town quarter, room was warm and cosy, very clean and staff were very friendly :) Price was excellent too.

Good location, just 250 meters from the bus drop off point. Adequate for a night.

There's no sign on the building, I had to ask around to find it. Room was small and grim, but did the job for a night. Icy outside toilet/shower, at least in March. I wasn't expecting much.

Fantastic host, great location, and most of all: clean, quite cozy and good airconditioning. Very affordable for the amount of comfort you'll get. The host really tried to make it cozy with a shared living room and roof terrace.

From the outside it seems a bit hard to find. Despite being a fantastic guesthouse, it didn't feel like a hotel/guesthouse/hostel until we've reached the second floor (no signs on the outside). But this is literally the only downside.

Very friendly owner , clean and tidy ,good balcony and very near to the beach and all tourist spots.
