La posizione è ottima, a pochi passi dalla piazza principale. Le camere sono spaziose e il wifi funziona bene. Letti e cuscini molto comodi, provvidenziale l'aria condizionata.

L'arredamento andrebbe svecchiato e i bagni completamente rivisti, troppo piccoli e troppo essenziali.

La ubicacion excelente, muy cerca a a la avenida principal del primer anillo, de donde puede movilizarte a otras zonas. El desayuno muy rico y variado. Tienen frigobar en la habitacion lo cual lo hace muy conveniente. Me gusto mucho sin duda volvere en mi proxima visita. Me lo pidieron taxi al aeropuerto muy buen servicio, el personal del hotel muy gentiles todos. Gracias por la atencion.

Nice staff except the manager

Hotel promised twice a taxi would collect me from the airport at 4:30am. No taxi was there. I waited for almost 1 hour walking around. The hotel had my number so could have called or messaged me. I had to borrow someone’s Wi-Fi to book an Uber. Then the hotel manager refused to pay for my taxi back to the airport!!! You left me stranded at 4:30am and don’t care?! The other staff were friendly, but I would NEVER stay here again. Totally hopeless and unreliable. Left a foreign solo woman who doesn’t speak Spanish at the airport despite promising me twice there would be a car. I’ve never had such a terrible experience in any hotel in the world.

I don’t understand the good reviews. I am guessing they never dealt with the manager. I have never left a bad review for a hotel, but this one deserves it. Apart from promising me a taxi at 4:30am which NEVER showed up. I walked around the airport for 1 hour before borrowing someone’s Wi-Fi to book an Uber. Then the hotel claims the driver was there so they won’t pay for my taxi back. If the driver was there, why did he not call me? He had my Humber? You had my number. Total lies. Then they called my room at 2am….I asked why and it was to “remind me I needed a taxi.” My flight is at 8:30am I knew I needed a taxi because we had a conversation the night before about who would be paying for it… You called me 6 hours before my flight to remind me I need a taxi, but don’t call me when the taxi you promised is not there? That makes no sense. The manger is a liar and evidently vindictive. I don’t understand how this hotel operates.

The staff is the best. They were so helpful. I want to mention one special person , but I forgot her name , but she is of African decent. She helped me every which way and was outstanding. The other lady , a Boliviana who worked during the day was so helpful and the one who worked over night. Thank you. The breakfast was great with fruit, fruit juice , eggs , cereal if I like and bread and good coffee. WiFi worked great. Location can’t be better. Close to the main square and 2 blocks from the street where you can take a minibus to the airport for 6 Bs. This hotel offered pick up service on arrival at Santa Cruz airport. The flight was delayed by 30 minutes but getting through immigration took well over 1 hours and 45 minutes because I had to do the visa on arrival and the line to pay was so long. The driver waited for me for 2 plus hours because I had to use the ATM and buy a sandwich at the terminal. One thing worth noting is Santa Cruz airport has WiFi so Uber is an option. I used Uber to to go Guembé Biocentro park which costs around 25 Bs to go there and 35 Bs to come back and it was quite reliable.

The only gripes, are really there is no shower curtain and the shower is right next to the toilet. After shower, the floor is wet. Also, there is no natural light in the room. Both are no big deal and not a show stopper, definitely.

The hotel in principle was clean/ok, besides the first 3 days w/o breakfast, yet the inscceptable behaviour of the manager causes me to downgrade the valuation to the lowest value.

The first 3 days no breakfast was provided although included in the price like the prospect tells. I already advised the personal that the 3 days would have to be discounted from the price. Yet the (apparently) owner of that place started to insult my fiancee with very bad words, threatening her bumping at her door because she had discounted the missing 3 breakfasts (3x 25 BOB). My fiancee had to call the police(!) because she felt as if physically threatened. I called booking.com‘s service but not much happened, and apparently this hotel can still post there offerings here. To me, threatening and insulting guests who just claim their legal rights is a NO-GO and not at all acceptable!!! This hortel is on my Negativelist and will not be recommended at all.

I liked everything about this property. it was all very very good.

Very comfortable and convenient hotel. It's located in the downtown area of Santa Cruz de la Sierra. Breakfast is simple but good.

Not much to say.

- Very kind staff - Spacious room - Super comfortable bed and pillows! - Hot shower is actually hot (unlike some other places in Bolivia) - Away from the noise and bustle of the innermost city center, but still within walking distance of attractions/restaurants, etc.

- Every night when staff went into the kitchen to prepare breakfast for the next morning, the kitchen light (like a flood light) shined very brightly into my room across the hall (despite the curtains being drawn), disturbing my sleep. I told the staff about it and I appreciate that they said they will look into solutions so future guests won't have this trouble. (Maybe installing curtains in the kitchen windows, or blackout curtains in that particular room.) - 2/3 mornings it took a long time to receive breakfast. It didn't really make sense to me to have a buffet-style setup, but then to have the staff bring/serve individual items to each guest (while also needing to make egg/toast orders, etc., which slowed things down). To me, it would make the most sense to leave portions of the non-cooked food (e.g. yogurt, fruit, juice, etc.) out for the guests to each take a serve, and trust that people will not take more than their share. (This worked well at a hotel I stayed at in La Paz, where the staff then just focused on preparing the eggs.)

Central location. Very friendly staff. Nice rooms with comfy beds. Breakfast was included but a bit meagre.

Lovely hotel with great room. I had a room with its own kitchen, big, comfortable and clean. Wifi worked well and the staff were helpful. Aircon was quiet but effective. Great shower. Beds are very comfortable, and its in the city center. I would come back and stay here next time as well. Full score from me!

No facilities with a microwave oven to warm food or water.

Comfortable hotel not far from the centre of Santa Cruz. Large room, fairly good wifi, decent breakfast. My room was equipped with a large fridge, a microwave and a sink.

Staff is amazing, breakfast was delicious and full of variety. Fresh fruit and eggs were my favorite.

Window (to the enterior of the building) was cracked open and wouldn't close. Shower water was barely above cold one day, and just cold the next.

The staff was super nice and very helpful (late check in, taxi reservation, etc). The breakfast was delicious (juice, fresh fruits, eggs and toast and more). The apartment was very clean and spacious and the location is great, less than 5 min to the central place.

We travelled through Bolivia and Peru. We started here and at the end we wanted to come back here. The breakfast is excellent!!!! In this price range it was the best breakfast we had in Bolivia and Peru. Staff was also very nice!!!
