Location was amazing. Quiet, clean and secure.
The mosquitos were the worst. They can't help that, but that made it difficult to enjoy outside in the morning or evening.

Love that now being an NRMA park they have more activities for the kids, ours loved the free face paint and disco

Everything about this place is great, the staff are absolutely beautiful from the ladies at the desk to the cleaners and ground keepers they are all lovely. Very kid friendly and lots of activities for them to enjoy. We love this place that much we have just booked Christmas here which will be our 5th time here.
We had to leave to come home.

We only did 1 night stop while travelling through. The park looks amazing and very kid friendly. 7 minute drive into town. We would go back but stay on a camp-site instead and stay longer to appreciate the facilities.
We stayed in the "large" 2 bedroom villa. I found it ironic because it was very much the opposite of large. The bathroom was (approx) less than 1m wide, with a large sink, in the middle, just in front of the toilet, that took up a lot of the space. We had a good laugh because you could not turn around or move much in there, (& we are not big people by any means). The shower head was great. It was one of those large rain fall types.
The second bedroom was very tiny as well with bunks that were very uncomfortable and only one person at a time could .ove around in the room.

Really liked the helpfulness and friendliness of staff, enjoyed the facilities. Cabin was small and comfortable, contained everything you needed. Liked it that the cabin had linen and towels.
Only thing I didn't like was the size of the bathroom. Not much room between hand basin and sliding door. Not easy to get dressed in the space as it was very small.

We had a big day of driving and were going to be in later than office hours and communication with late check in was spot on. The glamping cabin was over the back with a nice bush outlook and we just loved the place

The room was spacious and clean. The facilities were amazing. The staff were lovely.

if I was picky, there was a few things in the kitchen missing like a whisk, grater and frying pan that didn’t stick

Great park for younger kids, up to 12.
Not awesome for teenagers
Cafe service was extremely slow. Staff talked amongst themselves, took over half an hour for a toasted sandwich, chicken nuggets and chips and a serve of chips. When we got our order the lady realised she missed the serve of chips and went to put it on. Wasn't concerned about timeframe at all. Only 2 other customers in the Cafe.

The kids loved it. The water park was great, and there was plenty to keep them entertained. The villa was nice and clean. The beaches nearby were amazing, especially Trial Bay beach.
Bunk beds were extremely uncomfortable, way too firm. The other beds were comfortable. Wifi was basically non existent so don’t rely on that for anything.

In a cabin was good , the activity for kids is good
the bathroom should be bigger .the activity were a bit expensive.

The pool for the kids, bikes was fun with the little ones and the wild life was pretty cool.
And south west rocks its self is a wonderful place.
The air con broke, the size of the cabin and shower, uncomfortable beds,
No fan, once our air-conditioning broke was a poor attempt to fix or to help keep the kids cool was lucky a storm came over at night
Because ot was super hot in their after a 30 degree day
