Had cold water, the AC was making noise the whole night, lack of toiletries in the room , almost tripped in the room due to congestion, breakfast doesn't cater for all options paid high amount for zero value

I booked deluxe room with balcony - IT was clearly indicated. But finally there was no balcony so i paid deluxe price for standard room. There was jacuzzi but only cold water :(

BREAKFAST WAS OK BUT AT IS IS NEAR THE TOWN SO ALL WALKING DISTANCE

La cama era super cómoda. El personal muy amble. Había un restaurante en el propio hotel y otro enfrente. The bed was really confortable. The staff very nice. There was a restaurant in the same hotel and another one just in front of the hotel.

Era septiembre y la habitación era un poco fría. It was september and the room was cold.

Location was good.Breakfast was served on time and was delicious.Everyday new items were served

The location is perfect in the heart of MBS . I liked the breakfast . The staff , AMAZING- all friendly, welcoming and helpful .

Cleanliness rating -low - need for improvement. It was clear the floor wasn’t cleaned prior to our check in , residue hair in the showers, corners , little carpets full of dirt :( The bedsheets n towels were clean but the floor and bathroom .. Booking.com +property complications, the room we booked was not available. My advice, call the property before booking because getting your money back ain’t guaranteed.However the property solved he issue and I am thankful.

Nice clean place with working facilities. And easy to commute as there are tuktuks available nearby.

Great location for a stop over or a quick stay within town. Breakfast was amazing, especially the fresh squeezed juice. The staff did an amazing job by tending to our needs. We had to leave by 5.30am and they graciously provided breakfast that early in the morning.

The seats in the restaurant need upgrading The AC in the restaurant is very old and dirty. It needs servicing.
