Strong Smell of bleach when walked in

The accommodation was so homely and comfortable.

Amazing location, staff super friendly, cabins so roomy and well equiped.

It was all amazing.

Close to all the sights we wanted to explore especially the blow hole early mornings without any crowds. Cabin was spacious clean n comfortable suitable for our group of 6 adults

Bunk beds were slightly too soft

Everything about the property was magnificent. It was a exceptional place to relax and unwind from the everyday life of working. There was a feel of not having a worry in the world about. The place made our stay memorable.

There was nothing that I did not like about the cabins. The only problem was that shops in the area closed to early thus not having much to do around the area, but time there was to get away from the everyday life of the city.

What breakfast. The location is really great and is the best things this site has to offer.

There was no internet facility whatsoever and our ability to use other devices nil as the tv was not very smart. If we had known about this situation, we would have made other arrangements to remedy this issue. As it was it rained most of the time our options for the TV were limited.

The location was amazing, overall the experience was fantastic.

The overall location was excellent. Good views and close to the shops. The cabin was spacious and still heated well as it was cold and rainy out. Having the car parked close to the cabin with a level access was good medicine for old knees.

The TV controls were challenging to figure out but once that problem was sorted, both TV's were the same. The stove settings also took a bit of trial and error to work out.

Great location, only steps away from the shore. The cabin was very clean, and everything worked as advertised. Friendly staff.

Only a personal issue, the mattress was a bit firm for me, but that's not a complaint or reason to reduce the rating

The cabin was larger than our apartment in Sydney! It was very well-laid-out, with a great use of space. Vast living area, giant modular couch, two TVs (one in living area & one in bedroom area), large bathroom with jet spa bath, and a large, fully equipped kitchen - it even had a laundry with washing machine and dryer (and laundry detergent) and a fold-out ironing board and iron. The outside deck had a beautiful built-in stainless steel BBQ, too. It was very comfortable and cosy and featured every possible amenity you could need for anywhere between a short-stay and a long-stay. We were very impressed by how accommodating and well-appointed it was. The staff were very chipper, friendly and helpful, too - definitely run by very lovely people.

Really wouldn't complain about anything - but it asks for an example of a downside, so I'll mention - and this REALLY isn't a legitimate complaint - that the main living area was tiled which was very cold in the mornings and evenings/nights, and meant it took longer/more energy to warm with the aircon. The bedroom area was carpeted though, which was very cosy.

I didn't like that the guests who were before us, fed the birds with junk food, we had to clean it up. Poor birds, I hope they didn't get food poison

I honestly can't fault the Kiama Cabins. Our cabin was absolutely delightful and well equipped. As a couple with our 14 month old son, we thoroughly enjoyed the proximity to the Blowhole, the Rock Pool, the cafe, playground and it was a nice, easy walk into town. The cabin was as per the photos (if not better) and the staff were lovely. If you're looking for a quaint, quintessential small coastal town in NSW, then this is the place to stay!
