Το προσωπικό πολυ ευγενικο. Και προσπαθούσε να σου πουλήσει με καθε ευκαιρία οτι μπορέσει απο δείπνο σπα ταξί.

Η βίλα με δυο κρεβατοκάμαρες δεν ηταν αυτή που εχει στο booking φωτογραφίες. Όταν με πήγαν στη βίλα είπα δεν ειναι αυτή που εχω κλείσει και μου απάντησαν οτι ειναι όλες ίδιες. Οποτε δεν είχα τα μπάνια που είχα δει στις φωτο ουτε τους χώρους εξω για να καθόμαστε να Αράζουμε οπως είχα δει στις φωτο στο booking. Το πρωινο αξιοπρεπές αλλα αδιαφορο. Σε βραδυα με seafood πάθαμε τροφική δηλητηρίαση και χάλασαν οι διακοπές μου μέχρι να φυγω.

De ruime mooie en nette kamers en vooral de vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerkers. Het zwembad en de tuin was heerlijk om te vertoeven. Zeker aan te raden.

Notre villa était parfaite! La piscine nettoyée tous les deux jours. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cours de cuisine au bord de l’eau et la disponibilité des équipes!

À 2 couples la maison avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bains était parfaite. Piscine privée superbe.

Un peu loin de tout. Aucune possibilité de prendre un repas à l’extérieur ou de faire du shopping sans devoir appeler un taxi. Le restaurant de l’hôtel est néanmoins excellent et chic mais bcp plus cher que ceux « en ville ».

The staff is extremely nice and helpful, the food is very good, the atmosphere is lovely, the common spaces are high quality and the amenities satisfy every need you might have. The staff gives a lot of extra during your stay to make it more memorable.

The birds were very loud and made it hard to sleep during the night. The lack of proper soundproofing is very dissapointing in such a high quality hotel (open bathroom, slidings door without proper closure).

Situé près d'Ubud, The Royal Purnama est un petit havre de paix. Le personnel y est très attentionné et la nourriture excellente. Le design, les meubles et toute la flore vous plongent dans une ambiance de luxe. Un séjour idéal, tout en sérénité, calme et volupté.
