Excellent breakfast spread . were trying to meet the expectations of indian vegetarian customers .helpful staff.

INdian vegetarian food was not upto the mark. The breakfast spread is so good that they may not attempt to provide indian veg items. ATM in the hotel did not work, tea cups in room were stained. while dustbin in room was cleaned daily , dustbin in toilet was not cleaned. while the restaurant provided excellent breakfast , did not have dinner facility. coffee shop dinner spread was not good.

Gesture of the staff was quite disappointing and needs to work out on guest satisfaction..

Good internet, good location, big room, quite clean

This hotel is definitely overpriced. It is promoted as a kind of high quality business class hotel but in fact it is not at all. Quality of services they provide are significantly lower than in Europe but at the same time they charge this hotel on similar level with high class European hotels. Breakfast is a good example. It costs like German breakfast but quality is even lower then Turkish

يجب تطوير منيو الوجبات و يجب تطوير خدمة غسيل الملابس و أيضاً يجب توفير مكينة للدفع الكينت عند طلب اي شيء و يجب عدم إجبار الزبون بالدفع الكاش يجب وضع أمن بالليل لتفادي اي مشاكل من السكاره الذين يشربون الخمر و بعد ذلك يتعرضون للناس بقصد إيذائهم تم الشكوى على شخص تعرض لإبني الرضيع عمره 7 شهور و زوجتي و تم الشكوى عليه يجب تكثيف الأمن و خاصه في الفتره المسائيه

Location is nice near the sea, with some near malls, but a little far from Nizami street. Facilities are good, and taxi cars are available all times.

Seats in the waiting area at the lobby should be more, coffee and drinks should be available there. I needed to redeem a hundred Manat note to pay for the taxi, but the receptionist refused on the pretext that they don't redeem money!

Everything was excellent and the staff were wonderful, especially brother AZER, who was very kind and upgraded the room. Such employees are an asset for this beautiful hotel.. Thank you to Brother AZER and all the hotel workers

The bed is not comfortable. One issue makes me feel disappointed, i made a mistake in the arrival month while booking a room the hotel took their money for three Nights, i contacted the hotel and they told me to explain the issue by email, then i received a reply from Reservation Supervisor his name is Zahid Guluzada he mentioned in his email that he can't change the date and i must do new reservation with new payment i explain to him that this a mistake on chose the month put he refused. I think he must be more flexible and helpful with the customer. I contacted the booking customer and they tried to call the hotel and send an email but no answer from them. Finally I contacted my Qatar Embassy to sort my problem with the hotel and i enter the hotel with my children,

The air conditioning was not working properly in the breakfast restaurant, Sagi Bar and BUSINESS Center. This made our meetings very uncomfortable and we had to conduct our meetings at another hotel business center instead. The Sagi bar did not have tomatoe juice so they could not make us a Bloody Mary Cocktail and they did not have cranberry juice so they would not make a Cosmopolitan cocktail. The Bar is not well stocked. The massage at the SPA was a disaster. I stayed at the Holiday in for one week for business and tourism. August 10th, 3:00pm I got the Signature Massage. This was the most amateur massage “therapist” I ever encountered. She smelled like garlic and onions when she was doing my face, it was sickening. She talked for about 30 minutes about how impoverished Azerbaijan is and the people are suffering because of the failing economy. She reminded me that if I tip her this will help her leave Azerbaijan and start a new better life in Turkey. She told me that her husband is a Turkish citizen and Turkey is a much better country to work in since the Azerbaijan government does not care for the social security of their own people. She compared the wages between Turkey and Azerbaijan and made it clear that she wanted to leave Baku for the sake of better life standards in Turkey. She told me that my back had a “hernia” and I should get a full X-ray on my back bone. I do not have a hernia btw. I’m actually a very sporty person. No back pain ever. I did tell her that I am diabetic and she said that disease exists only in my mind and I should stop eating bread. This woman was not only the most amateur massage lady ever but also a very ignorant-all knowing one. I told her that diabetes is genetic since I was diagnosed as a child and she insisted that if I quit eating sugar and bread then my body will create its own insulin again. She did not do a balanced job on my general body either, what she did to one side was not always done to the other. I am disappointed.

The rooms were spacious, and the check-in process was smooth, and our initial impression of the hotel was impressive. The view was also beautiful of the Caspian sea. However...

Firstly, we requested that the Sofa-bed was set-up before check-in as we were arriving early morning, however it was not. And we had to wait for 45 minutes+ for someone to come to do it ((keep in mind we were exhausted from the late flight). Our daughter went to the hotel earlier in the day to ensure that the bed is made, and was assured it would be. Secondly, the breakfast selection was poor, and they started mopping the floors and cleaning up near our table 15 minutes before breakfast closure. Thirdly, they upgraded our room to the highest floor, however, we requested a non-smoking room but the room and corridor smelled of cigarettes. Additionally there was constant noise from 3:30 am - 9 am from the above floor due to the kitchen being above the room. Lastly, the immigration registration was not completed due to the hotel putting the wrong email on their sign on reception. And they denied it, even though I had a picture of the sign.

The toilet needs a hose for washing. And bathrobes would be a really nice addition
