We stayed previously in the same building in a different flat; the difference is that this one has a plus with the bathtub ( our toddler loved it ) but needs some TLC. I believe it’s been a while since it’s been cared for. it needs an upgrade but overall is a good place to stay.

Nice furniture, central location close to grocery store, access to well equipped gym owned by property manager, and helpful staff.

the place in general was really good. The hosts were very responsive, helped me to solve a very important issue for me. They found my headphones I forgot in the apartment, informed me and I was able to get them back.

I lacked some details that usually make my stay perfect and also the apartment was not very clean - it was dusty in some places, the mirror was dirty.

We we’re asked to pay a damage deposit of 100€ cash however, gas stove didn’t work, the water boiler was already broken, garbage can also broken, needed to pay extra for heating, Wi-Fi can only be used in the living room and not the bedroom.

the bed Was very comfortable, and the roof terrace with the Tv was quiet big surprise, watching movie with the wonderful view just next to it - 10/10

The apartment was an easy walk to get to the town center. It is very close to grocery stores and coffee shops.

The apartment didn't meet the expectations, because the pictures are dated. The apartment wasn't clean, there were dirty dishes and the bathroom is full with scale. The staff made up for it a little, but al in all it wasn't a very hygienic stay.

Great service from Alfonso and the apartment is in a great location. Clean and tidy with awesome views on the roof area and balcony in the room. Definitely recommend

Friendly staff!

The property is located not far from the ruins of Pompeii, which is what most people will be looking for. Parking is on a fee-paying car-park not far from the property, costing a reasonable €20 for 24 hours. The layout of the apartment was good, with all the facilities required. On the top floor is a large open patio, with a small kitchen and seating area and lovely views. We cooked our meal in our apartment, and carried it up to the patio, where we sat and enjoyed a spectacular sunset, eating, drinking wine and playing cards. Very nice.

The property was difficult to find. Our sat-nav took us to the address, but there was no indication on the door that this was the right place. We tried to ask, and numerous passers-by directed us to a completely different location. We finally returned to the address, and asked in the fitness studio. At first they were unsure, but eventually they located the hostess, who admitted us. As the apartment is located on the ground floor facing a busy road in Italy, the sounds of traffic continued into the early hours of the morning, despite the windows being closed. This was not an ideal location for a good night's sleep.

We very liked the terrace, nice open space with chaise-longs and city lights view. We also had a kitchen to our disposition near the terrace

The bathroom was not really clean, shower really small and we went out of warm water in the second day. We stayed 3 nights. They tried to solve the issue, unfortunately was not possible until we left but the propertty offered us to shower in the gym showerrs. In one wardrobe we found a bra.

It was stylish, clean and very comfortable. The upstairs terrace was delightful with beautiful views, a kitchen, washing machine and comfortable sofas, lamps, tables for dining, playing games, loungers and 2 amazing hammocks. Also a large flatscreen tv with Netflix.

I liked it all, we had expected a separate bedroom instead of one large room but it was fine. A few games would have made it perfect!

Close to Archeological site and restaurants, excellent location.

Parking was not possible at the apartment but Alfonso showed me free parking close to the property. We did not get the name “wellness” which meant we saw the gym in the basement from the balcony. The apartment in the pictures was different from what we rented.

Cleanliness, the bathroom had bad smell and water runs out the bathtub... Another thing I do not like about this kind of booking in "Booking" is that you have information for extra costs after the reservation...in this case: extra paid for air conditioner: 10€ per day and 20€ for the pet... Please tell that things before the reservation, so we can do a choice with all the information.

We had a bad experience with a noisy function in the next door restaurant/ night club.

Excellent location, facilities were great, very clean and overall we had a lovely stay. They asked if we wanted aircon/ heating however we declined but it would have been an extra €10 a night.

The walls are so thin to if you’re easily disturbed this is not for you.

Although the place is cobfortable and nice, was visible dirty, and that made our stay a bit unconfortable
