We loved everything. The staff is amazing. They are so kind and professional and lovely. They will do everything to make your stay exceptional. We stayed in the villa with private pool and it was just great. We were greeted with drinks and footmassages at the villa. We booked the flooting breakfast wich was perfection. We also booked massages. The food in restaurant was so good and presented beautifully. Roomservice was great. Villa and whole resort is very clean. Free shuttle to Ubud. We enjoyed our stay so much and would highly recommed it. Thanks to the really wonderfull staff and hope to come back soon.

The staff was so helpful, kind, generous and remarkable in my experience there. They sorted out my mistake in book less time that should be, they had a wonderful attitude to surprise me in my birthday ❤️. Their massage was absolutely speechless. I hardly recommend it.

The breakfast could be better as it's so many options but not variety in only one option, I mean, you just have sweet in one option, another just savory. It would be nice have a mixed.

Absolutely beautiful spot in the jungle! We stayed in a 2BR villa and it was such a quiet and relaxing space with abosulte privacy. The only thing we heard were frogs and insects at night. The rooms were extremely spacious, had the comfiest beds and the semi-outdoor bathroom with rainhead shower a unique and fun feature. Naturally there are some insects and frogs which only adds to the vibe. Food was excellent also. There are traditional and western options and the menu is extensive! Definitely book the floating breakfast and try the afternoon tea. Both are excellent. The best part were the friendly and attentive staff. From the moment you step in, they will make you feel welcome and help with your every need. This property is literally in the jungle so don't expect lots of restaurants and entertainment around like in other parts of the island. This is truly a place to relax and recharge.

We had a wonderful time in our private villa. For that price what we got was just perfect. Of course the closure during covid led to some imperfections which have to be improved during the next month again to gain absolute perfection by slight improvements. The prices for food and also transport / excursions etc. are more than fair and not subject to the usual surcharges you would expect in a 5* hotel. The hosts and the staff were very kind and helpful even with personal problems like sickness. Whenever we come back to Bali for sure we will visit Senetan Villas again! Good Luck for the future!

The waiting time for the food in the restaurant was a bit too long. But as we were on holidays and not in a hurry we could easily live with that.

A beautiful resort with very kind and helpful staff. We were warmly welcomed and escorted to our room, which we upgraded on arrival. The service was impeccable. The rooms are super-spacious and equipped with a private outdoor kitchen and pool. It was beautiful, very quiet and very comfortable. On a note: the room condition both in- and outside could use some attention: a small investment here and there could raise the value of the product. Overall I was very happy with my stay and would certainly recommend it and return on my next Bali visit.

Amazing place to stay if you're looking to relax. Stayed at the villa with private pool and it couldn't be better! Staff was very friendly. Restaurant was really good. Bed was very comfy and everything was clean. Would go back for sure!

Not very close to Ubud center but if you want to escape the rush this is the right place for sure, plus hotel provides free transportation to center and pick up as well which is great (confortable mini van and was always on time).

Senetan is truely a home away from home, and the least hassle, easiest place to stay. Staff is responsive and supportive, and service and quality is consistent.

the staff were quite welcoming and friendly. they were quite attentive about our needs and wanted to make sure that we were comfortable. the property was nestled in the jungle so the air was cleaner ans fresher and was quiet and away from any car/motorbike noises.

the property would have been exceptionally amazing if it was well maintained. the indoor bathroom was mouldy and so was the smell. It definitely need some retouching and renovation. however we do understand because it was closed down for a couple years bcoz of the pandemic. i would certainly come back to this villa on a different condition. thanks to the staff — they did the best they could to make us feel comfortable.

Peaceful escape. The staff are a pleasure and the feacilities are excellent. Great spa treatments. This property will go above and beyond to ensure a fabulous stay. If they dont have what you are looking for just ask and they will do there best to source what you need. They provide complimentry bikes to explore the beautiful countryside and will organise great tours of the all local attractions. Lovely rooms and good food. A great place to get away from everything while not compromising on luxury. Dewi and her staff will ensure you have a wonderful stay.

Staff were super nice and extremely helpful. Good was food. Room was spacious with a great bathroom and pool area nestled in the jungle. The weather was also great being located at higher altitude.

The staff very helpful.. The resort located abit far from Ubud, surrounded by jungle and very much enjoyed the fresh jungle air as well as the serenity.

The villa need to be touch up /refresh. Especially the kitchen table - some of the equipment are rusted.

General maintenance of things like the door handle on the bathroom requiring repair, and the doors being difficult to close. Just small maintenance standards like that, otherwise everything was great!

The staff were so nice and made all my demands possible. Even though I travelled alone I didn't feel lost or lonely. The location is located exactly in the middle between north coast and south coast, so it is a bit off, but the nature surrounding is a dream. Not for party people but for everyone who looks for a quiet hideaway. There's a free and safe shuttle service to Ubud and back. Each morning you can choose from a variety of 10 different breakfasts and that makes you start so beautifully into the day. Thank you Senetan for a wonderful stay!
