Posizione discreta,ma solo quello!

Noi siamo una famiglia di 4 persone, la casa aveva solo 3 sedie... solo 3 forchette... Non vi era uno scolapiatti in tutta la cucina....Ma il problema principale è stata la porta d'ingresso dell'appartamento che risulta essere rovinata, infatti non si chiudeva bene e dato che la notte durante il nostro soggiorno ha piovuto spesso con conseguente allagamento ...è stato veramente problematico gestire il tutto... Televisore con solo audio , non si vedeva...in fine bagno "cieco" senza aspiratore comunicante con la camera da letto!!!

the place is in very bad condition, there is an infestation within the whole complex and has been for many years by reading previous reviews, i arrived and was welcomed by a whole colony of ants which were living under the artificial grass, i proceeded to use the insect killer which was provided, but the problem is too big, they are living within the poorly fitted units within the kitchen and live within the tiles which have gaps and stuff between the grout and you will find them coming out of every socket outlet and light fixture and switch, i came back the same evening after they cleaned but i found the stains still on the kitchen unit where i sprayed insect killer on it, you cannot leave any food anywhere as we lost food due the insect infestation, i did communicate with the host and try to get some of the problem solved but they apparently came in and disinfected the place and put down poison however after returning all they did was make the bed and change the towels, all the doors and units within are damaged and wood veneer is peeling from the doors, the front door doesnt shut properly and both windows are single glazed and have massive cracks which is potentially dangerous if a child was to push on it the glass would fall out. warning this place is an insect infested building site and there is noises of angle grinders and hammer drilling at 8am, this place has seemed to be under renovation for the past year, i would strongly strongly reccomend you to look elsewhere unless your used to having a bed with insects crawling all over it:)

Great location, clean simple studio apartment had pretty much everything you'd need for few days comfortable stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Could have done with a toaster and microwave but not a major problem and it did have an oven (although didn't try it). Only one pillow each.

Great location, quiet, rather spacious, a little garden area. A very nice bedroom, tv and sofa. Good contact with and response from the managing staff.

There was no microwave and the oven didn’t work. The bathroom floods when you have a shower. Bar stools instead of chairs. You can hear the neighbours next door very clearly, thanks god they were only talking!

The apartment and communal areas are in need of refurbishment now. We have been in this property a few times and it is now looking tired. No air conditioning

Check in was 3pm. I arrived earlier and was told I could enter the property straight away, someone would meet me. No one arrived, and it took nearly an hour before someone replied to my messages - could only text

Nice apartment but a few issues. The lid on kettle popped up randomly whilst boiling. The toaster did not pop up. Every time, someone in the block used water, you could hear the electric pump running. The front door didn't close fully. I had to move out and book into a hotel last couple of days of my stay - group of young lads arrived at apartment next door and immediately started partying 24/7, also constantly coming into my terrace. I messaged the letting company several times, but got no response.
