The view was beautiful and the room was very spacious. We had our own private jacuzzi too. It was about a 5 minute walk from our suite to the heart of Oia. Breakfast was great.
Not many facilities. No pool or gym as it’s a complex.

Just wow! Right in the heart of Oia, what a spectacular place to stay! If you want a real Santorini experience stay here. Start to finish excellent. Very private, no issues with people walking past our apartment. The way those guys carried our suitcases up and down the stairs was amazing. Couldn’t stop looking at the view from morning to night, loved the hit too and the decor. A but if a walk up and down the stairs but you really wouldn’t expect not to due to the location. Was wonderful to leave the hoards of tourist and go down to our own place to have the same view without everyone else around. The Manager Dimitiris was great especially when my husband needed to see the Dr.and we had a long time to wait for our flight. The perfect place to experience Santorini.
The bathroom got a wet smell after a while but didn’t bother us. It was due to being a cave, have stayed in a few cave hotels and all like this.

The perfect, OIA smooth-cave experience that we were hoping for. We appreciated the personal customer service from everyone, especially the manager, Dimitris, who was responding to our silly requests even while he was in the hospital while his baby was being born. But also his 2nd in command, and all down the line. Housekeeping, the taxi driver, everyone was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. Highly recommended.

1. Dimitris- exceptional, genuine, kind, intentional, sincere, made our stay very memorable indeed.
2. Location - near to many restaurants, shops & the busy strip and yet we could our privacy in our suite.
1. only grouse is that we didn’t get a room with the jacuzzi
2. the lighting at night in the room is dim and so, come back from the day, ready for bed. 😁

Dimitris was the best host! He was so helpful that we can ask and get everything we'd like to do. He helped us get the transportation service from/to the airport, car rental, and everything else. The location and views from the room were amazing. The property locates on the main street of Santorini, but not that noisy, and convenient for go shopping and dining. The view from upstairs was just amazing, so, one day, we would stay all day in the room. Also, there was a hot tub(jacuzzi) in the suite, so my 5yr daughter loved swimming every night there. I recommend this property to both families and couples who plan to visit Santorini!
The Aether Suite has stiff stairs to go upstairs and it looked dangerous at first for a little child but it was manageable and we were all safe. The wifi didn't work well downstairs and it was annoying a bit. It would be better if we have more diverse breakfast options. But overall, it was a great stay!

Definitely the amazing, stunning and spectacular views of the Caldera, the location, the jacuzzi and excellent service from Dimitris. He is so quick to response to everything and extremely helpful which made our stay very comfortable.

The room was unique and very clean. The view was excellent. The staff were amazing. Dimitris was exceptional. Babis at the restaurant was super funny and friendly.
Lot of steps to the room , but if you want the amazing view of the Caldera, then this is the trade off.

Views and location are excellent. Dimitris was very helpful and accommodated our requests. Our Artemis suite was nice with a warm hot tub and 2 bedrooms and baths. Daily breakfast was very good as well.

The host Dimitris was very professional and friendly, greeted us at the busy junction of Oia transfer drop off. Our luggage were taken care of, otherwise it would have been difficult to negotiate the stairs. Excellent view of the caldera and blue domes, and very central location, right at the heart of the Oia street, yet there is enough privacy and quietness. Breakfast delivered to us on time and is more than enough, enjoyed having it at the balcony with the view of the caldera. Ferry boarding passes printed for us.

Location is great, right in the middle of Oia. Staffs are nice and friendly. Two connecting bedrooms with one bathroom inside and the other small bathroom outside are prefect for family.
The outside bathroom is too dark during night time, more lighting at the shower would be great.

We were given the wrong suite - not what we had paid for. It was much smaller and there was no jaccuzzi. Canvas Suites blamed Booking.com, but they were not very helpful in assisting with the problem.

The location can’t be better..great view and close to everything in Oia…but yet quiet enough to have a peaceful sleep
The bathroom needs better ventilation as it’s old style and gets wet and stuffy and the exhaust is not powerful enough. Overall a good place for the money you pay.

Dimitris met us as walked us to the room. He explained everything we needed to know. He helped us get cars and restaurant reservations and a boat charter. The room was nice in the center or everything. Couldnt have a better location or host.
The hot tub was an actual hot tub. It was 100 degrees out, I wish the tub was a cold tub to cool off during the day. You cant really go in it bc its so hot out and the hot tub is also 100 degree.
