Sarebbe necessario: nella stanza da letto o una tenda oscurante, infatti entra troppa luce nella stanza sia di notte che al mattino.

Abbiamo passato qui la sera di capodanno perché abbastanza vicino alle terme e per fare un giro nella Tuscia. L appartamento era perfetto per due persone con ingresso bagno Letto matrimoniale angolo cottura dotato di tutto e balconcino. Vicino al centro del paese. La signora che lo gestisce molto gentile e l appartamento aveva un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo soprattutto per essere la notte di capodanno.

Posizione comoda per poter raggiungere i paesi limitrofi (Viterbo es), pulizia e ordine eccellenti. La proprietaria di casa molto disponibile e cordiale.

Non eccelle per insonorizzazione, questo non pregiudica che comunque ci sia tranquillità soprattutto nella notte , ma i rumori esterni se forti si sentono abbastanza.

Per la prima volta ho provato un altro appartamento degli stessi proprietari. Anche questo molto accogliente e curato in ogni dettaglio. Al piano terra soggiorno con angolo cottura e al piano superiore bagno e camera da letto con una meravigliosa vista sui tetti del centro storico di Tuscania

Perfectly located, 3 minutes walk from all the cafes and restaurants of the old town

Great location, very close to the centre. The room itself was very spacious with a lovely, comfortable bed. we were given a different room to the one we booked because we didn’t need the cooker. so we were shown into another that also had a kitchenette but only with fridge and worktop + tea/coffee facilities and dining table. there was a self-locking back door entrance/exit onto the external stairway, which was very convenient. The bathroom was lovely, large and the whole property was very clean with stylish decor. The air conditioner worked well. There are lots of mosquitoes in the area so I recommend to take a plug in burner or similar. Unfortunately we didn’t get to meet the owner, whom I believe is native English speaker but we met the very friendly housekeeper, a local Italian woman and my partner is Italian so we managed well. I noticed the supply room on the ground floor and was so impressed with how organised an clean everything was. Great place, highly recommend.
