Carla and her mother Elena are both very nice hosts. Villa Elena is a beautiful villa with big garden. All you need is available! Beds are very comfortable. Kitchen is very well equipped, all you need is there to prepare a meal. Carla left coffee, sugar, tea, pasta, wine, etc etc.... We have never seen such amount of provisions. We very much liked our stay at this wanderful place with the fantastic view over the Garda lake. We thank you, Carla, and also your parents to make our stay so joyful! Warm regards! Villa Elena was spacious for six people.

During the holiday there were two rainy days when the roof leaked.

Carla was very professional, considerate & very helpful. Carla went out of her way to make our stay very pleasant and comfortable. The house is immaculate and well maintained. The garden and view from the balcony is spectacular and it is very well positioned to enjoy all aspects of the beautiful Lake Garda region.

General location, nice garden with huge trees, large covered terrace, barbeque.

The air conditioning on the second floor was not working during entire length of stay. We have booked the house for two families and the second floor was supposed to accommodate one of the families. Without the AC working temperature has reached 35 degrees C at night, which forced all of us including two opposite sex children to sleep on the first floor in extremely limited space. When I first learned of this problem, I have contacted the host immediately, however she did nothing to resolve the problem during all our stay (but sending me sad emojis with excuses) . The roof leaks on the stairs right through the electric lamps during heavy rain. Unfortunately, the attitude of the host to the solution of working issues spoiled the whole impression of vacation.
