Hotel davvero molto pulito. complimenti!! Letto molto comodo.

Camere molto poco insonorizzate, problema forse dovuto anche alla disposizione delle camere stesse. Mancava l'asciugacapelli che è prezioso in un paese così piovoso come il Costa Rica.

Proximity to the airport, clean room, good parking.

No one around to help with anything (ideas for places to eat, shop, get basic needs).

Very nice and helpful staff. Appreciate the extra help when we asked to have some basic amenitied provided for us.

Unfortunately, even for the great price, we expected at least some basic amenities... we didn't have basics including a kettle (to make boiling water), mugs & spoons. The shower had bad temperature control and was only a dribble of water. Also, just a small thing, the rooms required a key to be used to get out of the room... if there was an emergency or fire, it's not the best! (needs an easy-open basic thumb-turn lock on the inside). But the staff were really nice and helpful!

Good food in on-site restaurant, convenient to airport, fridge and good A/C in room were much appreciated, helpful staff.

Good value property located close to town and the airport

We liked how it was a 2 bedroom mini apartment. The kids had their own room with 2 single beds and my husband and I had a double. It was clean. The staff were very nice.

Small bedrooms. No AC in the main kitchen/living area. Fridge wasn't working. Shower was cold water only. Blanket for the double bed barely fit the bed. Couldn't tuck it in and barely covered myself and my husband. Kinda old and run down looking. No pool.

Breakfast was delicious! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel was far enough from the city's mayhem. I also felt very safe in this friendly neighborhood. Price was excellent too.

Nice mattress.

No hot water. Only one towel. There were two of us.
