convenient location, big rooms, helpful host

like almost anywhere else in central Yerevan it is noisy when the windows are open

The hosts were amazing. The apartment is beautiful, spacious and homely. They were helpful and offered all the support we needed including recommending a wonderful driver.

Stairs ...its in fifth floor without elevator..but for me it wasnt a problem because after many stairs you get to a beautiful apartment

- The host is super friendly and helpful and really helped us a lot - The apartment is very clean and fully equipped - The balcony is amazing and we really enjoyed it. - The host can speak English very well which is an exception in Armenia - 10 min walk to republic square

- The main issue is the stairs and the accommodation is more proper for the young generation - Only one bathroom and toilet

Overall, the penthouse is excellent, The host are very accommodating and kind. You can cook as you like - there is a 24 hours grocery store that is just 5 - 10 minutes walk away. The view on the terrace is great!

The apartment is very inviting It is a great place to come after wandering around in Yerevan The apartment is convenient for a big family, There are 3 spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped You could do barbecue in the living room at the fireplace, we didn’t try , but it is a nice feature Getting outside and having a drink on the roof is also amazing experience . Typical Armenian picture of Ararat :) The owners of the apartment are very friendly, they speak very well English and Russian

It is on the 5 th floor, no elevator It is about 100 stairs The building itself is an old building , and the first impression when you go up might be alarming I think it is a part of the experience. There are lots of Gems like that in Armenia :)
