The location, the owners were AMAZING, rooms were great, food was great, view was AMAZING, our welcome was AMAZING, very helpful with advice, organized a taxi for us when needed. Humour was very good too. Would absolutely stay again.

There's nothing that could have been better!!! Did I already mention the owners were AMAZING, its great when you come across the right people in the right job, and theses two were ideal at hospitality.

This b&b was absolutely beautiful, with amazing views and very friendly hosts! The bathroom was a bit small, but it was clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend staying here!

The owners were just so friendly. The location was perfect and beautiful surroundings. The water pressure was the best we had in Scotland and beds comfy.

Property owners were great. Bookings.com l double booked one of our rooms. Thank goodness owners were so great or we would have been stranded for two of our kids.

Hamish and his wife were the most friendly and welcoming B and B proprietors that I have ever encountered. Hamish was so helpful to us in finding us dinner accommodations on a busy holiday weekend. The water pressure in the shower was unbelievably strong…loved it!

Light continental breakfast was nice but my friend who had a milk allergy longed for some sort of protein to tide her over…like peanut butter or boiled egg would have helped her out.

Very nice B&B with an amazing view. We stayed in a double room and twin room. The bathroom of the double room was very spacious and amazing shower water pressure. The bathroom of the twin room was quite small. Very friendly staff. We felt very welcomed. Both rooms were very clean.

Lovely rural location, so peaceful, with easy drive to Portree. Our room was at back of house but since we were out all days it was no bother not seeing the landscape views from front of house. Our bathroom was a very generous size and great water pressure. Room was compact, but sufficient for our 3 nights. Host, Hamish, very friendly and greets you in the mornings in the breakfast room. Breakfast options were plentiful with juices, fruits, yoghurts, cereals, toast breads and pastries etc, and all fresh and well presented.

Everything was great! Hamish was fun and so informative and helpful on our driving plans. The ‘lounge’ was a nice place to relax in the evening & chat with other guests. The view was beautiful!!

The bathroom was teeny tiny, but nothing we couldn’t deal with. The shower on the other hand, was SO lovely!

The hosts were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was yummy and plenty of food.

Great views from the common room and some of the bedrooms. Hamish is a wonderful host, very helpful and friendly. Tastefully decorated rooms. Restaurants were packed in Skye in August, but Hamish suggested bringing takeaway to the dining area, taking the stress out of our evenings.

When we booked months ago, many guests highlighted the rich and tasty breakfast, but it is only continental now. The walls are thin, and being a family with three kids, we always felt we needed to reel them in so they don’t disturb the other guests. Price - Skye is probably the most expensive area in Scotland and this B and B was no exception.

Hamish went above and beyond to meet our every need! He provided my friend and I gluten free toast . He checked in with us every morning and evening to see if we wished anything. He gave us great advice on places to see that are not on usual tours ( like the Neist Point Lighthouse.) He even went out of his way and secured a wonderful Tour of Skye for us! — The commercial tours were not available on the days we were there and others were nor responding on their website. So I wrote Hamish a month or two before our arrival asking if he could try to contact the tour company that never responded. Instead, Hamish secured an amazing local driver who grew up on Skye and knew all the stories! She knew the best route to the sites and was so personable. He also made a dinner reservation for us at the nearby hotel, since we were arriving to Skye late! The 4 of us were delighted with this stay! Thank you, Hamish..( and tour driver Fiona!) Best stay ever! Also Love the view from your breakfast room! Hope to return some day!!
