At first glance, the motel is showing its age but is well-maintained, comfortable and clean with good facilities. Great to have towels, washers, hand towel & bath mat. Also table, chairs, crockery & cutlery. It's a little out of town but not too far and definitely worth the short drive in to get dinner from Saltys - as their sign says, good food, not fast food. The 20-minute wait is worth it and the popularity of the place with locals is a says a lot. The folks who operate the motel are always welcoming & friendly. A word of advice - don;t drive in & out too fast. There's a minor speed hump but also a cat which likes to lie off the main wheel line so take it carefully. It's a friendly cat, too.

Friendly staff, very clean and comfy bed. The rooms look small in the photos but they are much bigger in person. A curiosity bus collected us and brought us to the local bar/restaurant and brought us back again which was very handy!

Great facilities including a lovely BBQ area to cook on. The rooms have recently been renovated with fresh paint and nice styling. Good sitting area inside our room but also relaxing chairs outside the room. Loved the laundry service! The bed was super comfortable.

The Bed in Room 9 O M G IT WAS SO COMPFY SOft AND THE PILLOWS WHERE WONDERFUL, room had every thing we needed, it was value for money thanks guys, best nights sleep
