The owners were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but no electrical point near bed. Also a continental breakfast was available at no extra cost.
The angry person in the next room who complained about me keeping the TV on at night even though I could hardly hear it.

Security , close to everything
Beds , terrible uncomfortable, old springs coming through.
3 paper thin doonas used as extra cushioning.No towels
Electrical work is actually scary.
Rooms extremely outdated, no bowls, plates, cutlery . Suggest you take extra blankets, no hand soap.
. Fridge was not turned on. Our items became hot as we didn't know it wasn't plugged in.
Compared to other hotels in area price & facilities are not worth it .
It was disappointing and 3 nights of no sleep.
Suggest people look around at caravan parks or other hotels before staying here .
They need to really do some work here .

no light in the bathroom only 1 chair no room to move around no aircon working no handle inside the bathroom door little bugs crawling around the tiny desk and ants around the floor, and I change to a deluxe room the room that I actually booked had only 1 bed in it and very dark, so very disappointed

The staff is amazing and very accommodating. The place was clean and convenient to the shopping centre and hospital.
For a reasonable price, I wouldn't want anything more. This place is an excellent budget friendly.

Budget overnight stay
Small room even though I had the biggest room already. Very old facility, no fan, no heater or cooler, could even hear kids next door laugh, talk & kick the wall

I loved this old historical railway property and fantastic value for money. Just around the corner from railway station.

Clean, comfortable, value for money. Stayed here before. Manager very nice in upgrading the room to larger for nothing.

Didn’t have breakfast didn’t even realise it was available location was fine
All we were supplied with was a towel and soap each there were three adults and had to go and ask for an extra cup in teaspoon couldn’t supply one more spoon gave me a huge spoon very basic tea coffee and four little capsules of long life milk in the fridge two chairs for three people the only two things that were good the shower was hot and the bed comfortable for three very weary travellers

Had to sleep with front door open slightly as could not get shut. Blanket was paper thin and froze all night. Mattress was horriable springs in back.

Convenient location. Good bed. Quiet location even though we expected noise.
The hot water wasn't available when we arrived. We ran the hot tap for 20 minutes for warm water. Next morning ok.
