Very warm, friendly hosts, especially Harris the golden retriever! The Inn was a welcoming place with small but comfortable social space, they have a lot of outdoor seating which will be lovely when we eventually get good weather in Scotland. The food was equally as good, we dined in both nights and had lovely food on both nights. The breakfast menu is great, lots of choice and beautifully cooked. Our room had a small patio area which was great for letting the dog out, it also had a fantastic shower, so much so I didn't want to step out!
A couple of table lamps would be nice in the room (no. 6), the dimmer switch for the ceiling lights didn't work so the lighting was a bit bright. However, this would not stop me from staying again in the future or recommending the Inn to my friends and family.

I had an amazing stay, the rooms were clean, comfortable and had all the amenities needed (including robes and slippers). Annette and Max who own the hotel were excellent hosts who made me feel incredibly at home, and they went above and beyond throughout the stay. The location and village is beautiful and not far from the beach. Breakfast was delicious and I would most definitely stay again!

Would highly recommend. We had a fabulous stay at this lovely Inn. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, nothing was a bother. Food was excellent, large spotless room with the most comfy bed.

Max, Annette & staff were excellent hosts and friendly.The cooked breakfast was delicious as was the porridge. The evening homemade soup, main meal & dessert were exceptional. A very enjoyable stay. A great base for touring around East coast of Scotland, its links golf courses and parts of Fife Coastal walking route.

Great location, lovely large family room spotlessly clean Annette was a lovely host who went the extra mile. Appreciated fresh milk, tea, coffee biscuits and bottled water in room.
Would love to return. Great size bathroom. Beds extremely comfortable room warm and plenty of seating.

truly the most comfortable bed and high water pressure in the shower, so many nice amenities in the room and a great choice of hot drinks to make. also loved the friendly dog :)

This dog friendly inn is fabulous. The accommodation was spotless and very comfortable. We had breakfast and our evening meal and the food was excellent. The food was well cooked and delicious.
Annette Max and staff were very welcoming and helpful and went that extra mile to make sure our stay was a happy one .

Breakfast was excellent! We booked a family room which exceeded our expectations on size. Beds very comfy and immaculate. Great locations, beautiful beach nearby.

Max, Annette and Harris (the dog!) gave us such a warm welcome to the Inn. Nothing was too much trouble, and they really made it feel like a home away from home. We also loved the location of the property and enjoyed walking down to Kingsbarns beach with the dogs.

Annette was one of the friendliest people we have ever met! Her hospitality was out of this world and breakfast each morning was amazing. She want above and beyond and even dropped us to the nearby wedding venue with another couple! Highly recommend
