Angelo and Francesca, the owners, were really great in supporting and gentile. Room and location are exceptionel. Highly recommended for a stay in Pescara.

Foremost we would like to thank Angelo and his wife Francesca for the amazing stay they provided us. They were friendly and very helpful all the time! The apartment itself has a marvelous view on the main square of Pescara + a big parking right in the next street where your car can be parked. It was very enjoyable to sit on the balcony at the evening and listen to the life music coming from there. Also, the beach is only 5 minutes away from the apartment. You can even go there only in your swimwear and slippers. The sea is great and clean. You can either stay on a free beach or rent a place on a paid one. Throughout the day, you will have acces to all of the restaurants around the town (whether you are on the beach or taking a walk around the town). The only thing you have to consider is 'fiesta'. Another great idea is to walk among the streets in the evening - the city is beautifully in its colours and shapes! Concerning the apartment, it is indeed very modern and looks freshly renovated. It has air conditioner, separate bathroom, a small fridge, a TV, heavy curtains against direct sunlight, and a balcony. As for the breakfast, we could not wish for more - Angelo and Francesca provided us with a full breakfast (a breakfast mix with additions like fresh coffee, tea, scrambled eggs, desserts). Everything you need for a breakfast is there. All plates are being refilled even when you are the only guests in the kitchen area. There was nothing that caused any problems. We thank Angelo and his family once again and we will definitely come by again in the future!

We had a great time in Pescara! We loved the B&B; the room was clean, big, the bed was very comfortable (I like hard beds). And Francesca and Angelo were perfect hosts. The fresh breakfast in the morning was delicious and a great start of the day. We felt like we were getting spoiled. We will definitely go back here.

Everything! If you love boutique hotel style, this is for you. Incredibly stylish, super clean, extremely well located, easy, secure parking and impeccable service. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts and their attention to detail is insane! Angelo gave us fabulous restaurant recommendations and Francesca is an absolute doll (I wanted to put her in my pocket and take her home!) and prepared one of the best breakfasts we had on our six week tour of Italy. We were made to feel special and our custom appreciated. We will definitely be going back.

The accommodation is directly in the centre, it's very clean, modern and comfortable. We very much appreciated the possibility to park our car free of charge close to the apartment on a private parking lot. The host was very friendly, helpful and attentive. The breakfast was very good. We only stayed for one night, but we enjoyed it to the fullest. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay right on the main square! Extra bed was perfect for traveling with my teen who prefers to have their own space. Hosts were warm and welcoming, met every need even before we had them! Breakfast each day was delicious, and Angelo provided an excellent suggestion list of restaurants to enjoy during our stay. They were even kind enough to arrange "to go" pastries for us our last morning as our flight was early, preventing us from enjoying the full breakfast at the apartment. We will hope to stay here any time we are in Pescara!

I have traveled a lot to various destinations, but never have I ever stayed in such an amazing room. The room was clean, good looking, and most importantly fresh. Everything was perfect, from the sofa to the bed to the curtains. The interior was stunning. The bathroom is amazing. It is by far the best looking one I have seen yet. It is hygienic, beautiful, and the mirror even has a built-in speaker. The location is perfect. The beach is roughly 50 meters away from your room, and the city center in beneath you. The strategic location makes it easy to reach every place by foot, which is fantastic. Before arriving, Angelo had already sent me a list of recommendations with restaurants and places sorted out and filtered based on their category. The hospitality from these people is enormous. The breakfast was personalized, delicious, and above all very extensive. This all makes the suite the perfect room to stay in. The service and experience that you receive is amazing, and the price matches this while still being one of the cheapest.

Excelent service from Francesca and Angelo! They went above and beyond our expactations! The room was spacious and modern, comfy beds and the soundproofing was really good! As the location is central with a vibrant evening life, the sleep was not disturbed The breakfast was super delicious!

Everything was so perfect. Angelo even helps us to solved problem with tha rental company. We had what we ask for always with smile;) + beach towels for extra comfort.
