Breakfast - spoiled for choice and deliciously cooked breakfast, home-made jam on the table was a real delight. Spacious beautifully decorated dining room with large window overlooking the garden and the surrounding mountains; mint from the garden for our herbal tea every morning! Andy and Heulwin are exceptional hosts, they made us feel welcome and special and we enjoyed sharing a glass or two of wine with them on the patio, admiring the beautiful landscape. Unique and unforgettable experience.

Heulwen and Andy were perfect hosts. They greeted us with coffee and biscuits on arrival and ensured everything was perfectly ready for our stay. The guest house was immaculate and our room and bathroom were very comfortable. The views were stunning! Thank you for making us so welcome.

The property is sited in an idyllic location in mid-wales in the village of Llanfachreth. We arrived on a Friday evening and received a warm welcome from the hosts, Heulwen and Andy. Both Heulwen and Andy are fantastic hosts, courteous, welcoming and generous. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and gave us top tips on what to do in the area. They are lovely, lovely people and a real asset to the experience at this property. The property was designed by Andy himself and built in the early 90s, and is perfect. The rooms are spacious and have everything you need. We had the double en-suite room with fantastic views of the surrounding hills and large door leading to a beautiful back garden. The whole property is kept very clean. The full English Breakfast was delicious, but we particularly enjoyed the home-made rubharb jam. Thanks Heulwen and Andy for the hospitality, we will definitely be back.

There is no mobile signal in the village. But honestly? Who cares when you are in paradise?
