Personál byl velice milý. Ochotně nám pomohl se vším, co jsme potřebovali. Nic nebylo problém. Pořád se ptali, jestli něco nepotřebujeme. Snídaně super. Ubytování krásné. Všem doporučuji Simona a Viky Česká republika.

I have to say that this riad exceeded my expectations! Their staff really goes above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable. They met us at the taxi, carried our bags, prepared tea and generally made us feel comfortable and safe. I will definitely have to go back for a longer stay!!

The stairs are quite steep, but as I mentioned, they were kind enough to carry our bags so it wasn't a problem.

A group of 3 of us stayed here for 6 nights. We loved everything about it from the moment we walked in, from the hospitality, to the beautiful old Riad and it’s rooms. Hamza looked after us during our stay and went above and beyond to ensure we had a more than comfortable stay. - Breakfast was great and super convenient. - Air conditioning in the rooms is fantastic and amazing to come back to after a long day of walking around in the heat. - The staff even helped us do a few loads of washing - The terrace is beautiful in the morning and evening, particularly with some mint tea from Hamza!

Not much - if I had to be picky, the shower didn’t drain very fast. But it didn’t bother us, we just waited between showers.

Staff a extremely friendly and helpful

Some maintenance, like almost all Riads in Morocco, is lacking. But nothing significant to impact the experience.

The location was good near to the old city. The staff were very helpful specially Mr Hamza. The breakfast was perfect for starting the day. The air-conditioning worked perfectly.

As its an old house so lower your expectations on the facilities in the room. The old cupboard was not so useful with no way to hang clothes. It might be a problem for some people to climb the narrow stairs it was a nice experience for me 🙂

The staff is very kind and friendly. Hamza is very professional and helped us a lot. We enjoyed dinner and breakfast at the Riad and a hammam as well. The location of it is very good.

very traditional local style, small Riad, nice terrace, good breakfast. great location - walking distance to heart of Medina, several must see places in Fez. very helpful, attentive and reliable Riad holders, accessible any time.

The Ryad is amazing, it had all kinds of beautiful traditional moroccan settings, everything you need to plunge into the culture. the hostess was very nice and managed to surprise us with a baby bed since we traveled with our 1 yo. the breakfast is very good and filling, we even had complementary soups and snacks almost every from the hostess. i actually got a cough while in Morocco, and Hamza, a young men working in the ryad, who speaks many languages and is very thoughtful, he brought me hot milk with ginger every night to cure my cough and help me sleep. such a warm stay, i almost forgot to mention the location of the Ryad, you are literally at walking distance from almost every Fes attraction, there is the taxi station, pharmacies near by and a hospital, a place for money exchange and really just everything you need i highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back !!

Location is super, you can walk to the medina easily and the riat is easy to find. Marwane is a friendly and involved host. Breakfast was really tasty.

There was no showerholder

People at this Rihad is so friendly! Also, they prepare home dinner for me at the terrace and is the best chicken tajine I've had so far, 5/5!

The only thing is that is a noisy neighborhood and my room had some of that at night, that's not a problem for me as I carry earplugs and I tend to sleep late when is quieter but could be for sensitive people. As a nice tip for that, get some earplugs... That has probed a game changer for me in my entire stay at Morocco... But really nice place to stay no complaints whatsoever

Wonderful welcome, super hosts. Beautiful riad with amazing decoration, very traditional feel. Cross the road and you're in the narrow lanes of the market. The taxi rank was very close also for longer trips (La Nouvelle Ville for example). Booked through the riad it was half the usual price. Our host advised us of the best places to go and directions to get there. He speaks English, French and Arabic. Breakfast tasty. Loved our stay and would definitely go back. Plus good value for money.

Our room was on the ground floor right by the social/living area. A clear glass door separated us with a curtain inside. Not very private but it was indeed traditional with character.

All a bit shabby & in need of a clean. Smoking in the living area made it rather smelly. Bathroom very tired & in need of a refurb. Better lighting within would perhaps improve the general ambiance.

- Every morning we found a table set for us with all kinds of delicacies. There has been nothing missing for us. - We had a great trip to Ifran. Organized by our Unkterkuft. Highly recommended - Not only were resturants recommended to us, but we were taken there as well - They got us a guide for a city tour

Given the price-performance ratio, I have nothing to complain about. Our room was clean.If I had to say something, then you had to hold the shower head to shower.

A nice riad very close to the medina. It is in a quiet square close to Bab Rcif. The lady who runs the riad and her daughter are very nice hosts.

very beautiful Ryad in a very good location. the room was comfortable and clean. the staff was super friendly and helped us with everything, they even managed to get a lost jumper back from the bus station for us. we had a great time and would recommend this Ryad 100% to everyone travelling to Fes!

The host is very available and pro active. Mohamed help us to find a safe paid parking near the Ryad.

Important Information : It is better to request everything you need to the host which is very kind, because there are scams and swindles with false guides in the city of Fes.

Great location in the heart of the city. Lovely manager and service staff who accommodated us so kindly. We even got a gift for our anniversary and they decorated the room.

It was a bit hard to get up and down the stairs (listing said the room was on the ground floor), and the fixtures/furnishings were old and some were broken or not working. The listing shows about ten things that are definitely not included like a spa tub (there is no tub at all), bidet, kettle (they finally gave us one but we had to beg), balcony, etc etc. They need to be honest in their listing. Also the receptionist wasn’t very helpful and seemed to be irritated by simple requests like asking him to tell the taxi where to take us because of the language barrier. But the ladies were really nice.

Clean, conveniently located, great hosts. They organised a tasting of a local dish which I couldn’t find anywhere in Fes as it is seasonal and usually served during Eid. it was bnin!!! (delicious!!!). thank you very much! will stay again.

The place was amazing, like going back in time. Super friendly and helpful staff. I'd highly recommend staying here and would certainly come back again. Yummy breakfast too to get you ready for exploring the medina.

Excellent facilities with very helpful staff who were supporting and caring.

Only disadvantage, the car park was 7 min walk away.
