We had the apartment on the 1st floor. Wide and spacious, well kept. It has a large veranda, nice to sit, surrounded by lush greens and flowers. The pool area is wonderful! A nice pool with a shaded area to spend even hottest days. And a garden with lots of flowers and lemon trees. And best of all a beautiful view of Etna! We had the pool to ourselves... Domenico is a nice and helpful host, don't hesitate to ask him questions. The Wifi is okay. There is no beach, but there are are stairs and accesses between the houses. We preferred the stairs that led directly into the sea, left from the church and right from restaurant "tre colonni". We enjoyed the authentic atmosphere. Not too many tourists, but a lot of residents. After our morning swim in the sea we enjoyed coffee at the bar next to "tre colonni" like the italians.

- no AC in the bedroom, the hot July nights were a challenge! There's one in the livingroom, but that's too far away from the bed -The evenings and nights may get loud, you are right "downtown".

Location was fab.

Travel adaptor was hard to find, would have been nice to have one in the apartment. Not a criticism, just a suggestion.

The place located 3 minutes walk from a beautiful water entrance pier through which you can enter the sea and swim in the deep and cool water of Santa Tecla. The host was helpful and very nice and pleasant. The outside garden is charming with views to Etna mountain.

nice place with nice garden to feel the local atmosfere. The hosts were so kind to share their oranges and lemons from the garden. Their butiful smell and taste we have taken home as the best "suvenir" from Sicilia. The place is very comfortable for those who like home environment and quietness, despite that many restaurants you can find in 5-10 min. distance. The place is supplied with everything you need for independent living.
