New and maintained apartment, fully equipped, excellent location

Very weak and slow wifi, bed mattresses are not the most comfortable

The flat was big, confortable and very clean.

The apartment was on the road side.

A well-equipped and very pleasant apartment. Several places to eat nearby. I had a problem with the airline and Tere went out of her way to assist me. I

We arrived in the middle of the night and could not find the apartment, because the location is not the same as the website. By chance we met a nice woman who explained to us where to go. It is important to find out the address of the apartment because it is not updated.

No air conditioner. It was very hot when we stayed there

Clean and large apartment with good facilities, everything you need for a family.

Sofas were not comfortable! Had a leaky pipe at one point and water pressure went one evening so none of us could have showers. Think it was an external problem.

We have stayed at these apartments four times now, they are modern clean and bright, very well maintained and managed. Appliances and facilities are great.

A kettle, no replies over the weekend, only on weekdays.

- The apartment was very modern and the space well arranged. - there was lots of storage space for clothing We had quite a few problems (luke-warm water, hob that kept switching itself off, coffee perculator that didn't work on the induction hob) which , when reported, the caretaker responded to very promptly and kindly. This was very encouraging.

- There were no instructions on how to use the electrical appliances - there were no hooks to hang (wet) coats / umbrellas/ hats - except in the clothes cupboards which was not so practical - There was no smoke /fire detection system in the apartment that we could see and no instructions as to what one should do in the event of a fire - There was information about what to do with waste but no bucket to collect organic waste or instructions as to where one could dispose of it (as it happens we saw that there were containers outside the apartment block but in our view the guests should be informed of these at the same time as being told how to organise the waste) - A simple Guest Welcome File containing information on all of the above as well as a simple map of the area, places to eat and drink etc, opening times of shops, availability of public transport etc could be made available and make the apartment just that much more functionally welcoming.
