Great service! The room was huge. Everything was clean and the family was very friendly and went out of their way to make my trip memorable. The owner even gave me a ride to a good Cafe when I arrived early for a nice breakfast. The neighborhood was very friendly and there are shops nearby for your necessities.

Really nice room and staff, the abuela was lovely. Location has good access by bus and colectivo and a short walk to the centre of town
The toilet in the room only had a shower curtain instead of a door which wasn't ideal. Everything else was great though and they're in the process of building another bathroom

The owner, Uriel, did everything to make my stay comfortable. He even drove me around, to the restaurants, to the entrance of the pyramids, and even to the bus station. And he gave me excellent suggestions what to do, sightseeing, explaining me even the history of that place

Super clean neat facilities and a lovely and helpful family!! The roof terrace is especially recommended! The neighbourhood is safe and silent.

This is a family owned place. Excellence service is a plus. Eric, Jacqueline and her Mom make us feel like home . Big and clean rooms, shower with very hot water , Short distance from the historic site. THE SPA SERVICES ARE A 10 . I will back and stay on the same place again.

Everything!!! The host was very helpful and friendly,the appartement is beautiful!! Very very clean! Host answers immediately.I even had possibility to check in at 11am instead 14h.The
bed was very comfortable, beautiful fresh linens.Very quaet location.Not far from the piramides( Taxi needed).I took the local "camion" to the center of San Juan.12mxn instead of 100 with taxi.Thanks for the host for the explanation,where the bus stop and which way to go.The way back was a bit adventures because I couldn't explain the"camion" driver where to stop.I called the host,she explained the direction to the driver and even meet me at the bus stop to help me to get back to the apartments.Thanks again for it!!
