Location; attention paid to setting up the cottage

Unfortunately my stay was marred by power cuts on two of the three days I stayed. I know this was out of the owner’s control, of course. I found it a little strange that there was no contact from the owner or a caretaker during this time. There were signs that cleaning had not always been carried out well.

Comfortable house, great location and most facilities plus essentials for short term living.

The unflued gas heater is really unacceptable heating these days. While it heats well, it can be left on, it polutes the air. Winters mornings are very cold in Brocken Hill, no heating early am can be very uncomfortable.

Electric blanket. Appliances.

Only 1 lounge. It was a little uncomfortable sitting with each other on 1 lounge. ( we’re brothers ) There was a bit of dust around but all in all was a comfortable stay

Position, comfortable the property met all our needs

Great location, generous provision of tea, coffee, cleaning products. Great art work reflecting Broken Hill.

Bathroom cobwebs and skirting boards need attention

A wonderful little house that was perfect for our stay. Had everything we needed and more!!

Comfy, felt homely. Everything catered for.

The location was perfect - very close to Argent St and all the best clubs. Also not far from a Foodland for general supplies. The house itself was tidy and comfortable, and had everyt facility we needed for our week.
