Beautiful villa, fully equipped, with a great sea view, especially at sunset. The pool was deep and clean, the place felt like a small private village.

Die Gastgeber sind ausserordentlich nett und sehr bemüht. Sie waren sehr präsent, aber niemals aufdringlich. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Villa ist ein Traum, sowie das ganze Quartier mit den Pools. Die Villa hat einen wunderschönen Standort mit einer tollen Aussicht mit Sonnenuntergang. Die Zimmer und die Balkone sind wundervoll. Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen und wären gerne noch etwas länger geblieben. Vielen Dank!

Neuf, confortable, piscines (au sel). Vaste. Possibilité de prendre ses repas sur une terrasse privative extérieure.

Accès pas très facile et excentré.

Tout était parfait, le lieu,la piscine,la vue,un magnifique coucher de soleil et un accueil extrêmement chaleureux de la part des propriétaires. Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse !

Werkelijk alles was goed! Heerlijk verblijf voor families; zwembad voor de deur, comfortabel huis. Wij hadden een bbq bij het huis en hebben 2 x gebarbecued.

La villa è stupenda! Grande sala con cucina a vista dotata di ogni comfort, due bagni molto belli, due camere, balcone con tavolo per stare fuori. Avrei dato il massimo se non avessimo avuto problemi con l'acqua calda...

Purtroppo il secondo giorno fin dalla mattina non veniva più l'acqua calda e abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda sia la mattina sia la sera tardi nonostante la mattina avessimo subito avvisato il gestore. Abbiamo riavuto l'acqua calda il terzo giorno ma eravamo già in partenza...La proprietaria è stata comunque molto gentile venendo a scusarsi personalmente.

Najlepszy dom wakacyjny, w którym byłam. Pięknie urządzony, świetnie położony. Cicho, spokojnie, ze świetnym basenem. Kuchnia wyposażona we wszystko co potrzebne. Bardzo mili gospodarze, pomocni, ale niekontrolujący. Cudowne wakacje, na pewno z pełnym przekonaniem będę polecać znajomym :)

Helemaal niks!

Bellissima la vista sul golfo, la piscina le mie figlie l'hanno adorata. La casa (iviscus), immersa tra gli ulivi, è molto grande 2 stanze, 2 bagni un soggiorno e cucina attrezzatissima oltre a patio con sdraio, tavolo, ombrellone e anche una griglia per chi si vuole dilettare. Ci hanno lasciato una bottiglia di rosé e la confettura fatta da loro. Semplicemente perfetto ❤️

Purtroppo essendo immersa nel verde c'erano un po' di formiche in casa

The accommodation was fantastic. So clean and comfortable with everything you need. Staff are lovely and friendly. Estate was very quiet and good parking space. There are 2 pools and both lovely and great views. It's a 25-30min walk to the nearest village but is a lovely stroll there and back after dinner and drinks if walking is no issue for you. It's in a good location to explore other destinations in mani and the wider pelononesse area. Absolutely loved our stay here ❤️

The suite was right opposite the bigger of 2 pools which was perfect for us. The suite was very well equipped, full size fridge freezer and over and plenty of good condition cooking equipment. Nespresso machine (only 4 pods left and not replenished so being your own), sandwich maker, small 2 slice toaster, filter coffee machine (filters and some coffee provided), electric kettle. Kiki our host is wonderful and everyday came to check we were ok and had what we needed.

Sadly mosquitos were getting into the bathroom even with plug ins, my portable machine and windows and door closed. I have no idea where they were coming from. No mirror other than the one in the bathroom to dry hair or do make up. Could definitely do with a dressing table and mirror near an electrical outlet, the room was definitely big enough for it.

Property Manager Kiki was fantastic. From greeting us and showing us the Villa amenities , list of local beaches , restaurants location sheet with phone numbers to stopping by every day to chat when we were around to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. Best service ever had !!! Going back to stay there for sure because of her and the beautiful Villas there .

It was beautifully, staff was awesome and there’s nothing not to like but only to love !!❤️

Excellent place with so nice sunset. Apartment was comfortable for us-2 adults and 3 kids. So many space, the kids loved water pool straight to the apartment. Also parking is near the door. 👍

Très propre, spacieux, joli, bien équipé, très confortable . L’accueil exceptionnel de Kiki et tous ses cadeaux de bienvenue. Les couchers de soleil sur la piscine, les champs d’oliviers et la mer . La proximité du port d’Agios Nikolaos et de ses tavernes. La situation idéale pour visiter le Magne et randonner autour de Kardamyli.

Amazing property!! The location is fantastic!! Quiet and the view is stunning surrounded by pure natural and light !! The hospitality is great and friendly!! The property is spacious and has two pools which makes your staying even more pleasant!! It also has parking in the property so it’s a plus when it’s right outside your room!! It’s very close to a cute area Saint Nicholas full of life and has restaurants and coffee places even a couple of bars . Perfect choice to stay if u visit Mani.

Πεντακάθαρο κατάλυμα σε συγκρότημα κατοικιών . Ωραίους συντηρημενους κοινόχρηστους χώρους με φανταστική θέα στη θάλασσα ! Σίγουρα θα το ξανά προτιμήσουμε στο μέλλον

Prachtige villa voorzien van 2 badkamers en een heerlijk terras met uitzicht op de ondergaande zon, fantastisch. Leuke kleine stranden in de omgeving, erg fijne plek!

Das Haus und die Anlage sind super gepflegt. Kiki und ihr Mann pflegen alles mit Herzblut und unterstützten wann immer sie fragt. Es war alles wie in der Beschreibung angegeben.

Sehr gepflegte und schöne Anlage mit toller Aussicht aufs Meer und den Sonnenuntergang. Schöne Häuser mit viel Platz und grosszügiger Terrasse. Zwei schöne Pools.

Einrichtung teils schon etwas älter und die Duschen etwas verkalkt, sonst aber sehr sauber.

Our 2 bedroom villa was absolutely perfect, clean, comfortable, quiet, well equipped. Lovely hosting from Kiki and the most beautiful setting and views. Already thinking about booking again.
