big room, great sea view from the mountains

the view was amazing!

The service was not very good. it was hard to contact the property management.

we have chosen the maisonette and the view being great from all the room is just exceptional on that one. you overlook the entire bay of kalamata directly from your bed. also great pool and very nice sunset

The sunset view on the terrace is superb! Unobstructed view of Kalamata town, mountains and sea. We booked the Deluxe Studio with Sea View, which has an extra large terrace with partial shade. We enjoyed the location of the villa which is very high up in the hills. It provided good opportunity for walks around the hillside among the olive grooves. Room is very spacious with good space in the living room. The sheets and towels are laundry fresh. Bed is firm and comfortable. The AC works very well.

Kitchenette could have been better equipped with basic pantry goods like coffee/tea. The caretaker generously provided us some of their own supply. Though there is a kitchenette with some kitchen tools there is no washing soap/sponge available which makes it hard to keep the place clean. The site says washing machine/tumble dryer is available however there is none in the room. Please update the site information. A lot of construction noises from various neighbouring villas. Just take note to expect this if you choose to stay around this area.

The view was magnificent as was the pool. The apartment was clean, spacious and well appointed.

We had an excellent time at Petra Thea. The apartment was spotlessly clean, quiet and comfortable, the kitchen well equipped, the outdoor space very well kept and enjoyable. The views from the balcony and from the infinity pool are breathtaking.

It’s a nice place when you stay there with a group of people. But it’s a little remote and not easily accessible. You actually need a car when you are staying there and you need to like driving small rounds with hairpins.

Beautiful property inside and out, gorgeous pool and views.

Nothing negative about the property, really. The only downside was the scary roads coming up, but price must be paid for the views. The only other thing, which can’t be controlled by the property, was the other guests who would “save loungers” and have loud unruly kids at the pool all day. I go on vacation to “get away”, not to hear kids yelling all day! So, the only thing I would change is to make it adults only. I’d be willing to pay more for that too! But LOVED the place.

Everything and especially the views, owner was friendly and helpful, number of different restaurant in the area, would happily stay there again and on a yearly basis

Location can be a bit hard to reach (DO NOT FOLLOW GOOGLE MAPS but the instructions from Petra Thea instead) Though new, the funitures are quite damaged

One of the most breath taking views I've seen. Swimming in the infinity pool and overlooking the ocean is a priceless experience. The pool was quiet and tranquil and we had it to ourselves most of the time- super awesome!

Unfortunately there were no food amenities so buy se food for the fridge before you arrive :)

Everything. The infinity pool was a standout. They even had a Bialetti Moka pot which we used for espresso. Beautiful private patio and the grounds were immaculate. Unit was modern and very well appointed.

Nothing not to like at all. Wish the bathroom had a ventilation fan though.

Only little cooking items

Stunning view from a terrace (especially at night! )and a really great swimming pool. The studio we stayed in was well equipped , nicely and comfortably furnished. There were even some essentials, like salt, sugar, coffe . Towels changed every day.

The owner (caretaker?) was tinkering all the time, repairing different pieces of furniture, using really noisy tools. The problem was - he was doing it about forty meters from the pool, so he ruined a couple of evenings ( difficult to enjoy it, when a power generator nearby is working - or an industrial-sized orbital sander and you feel like at a dentist :(
