Many thanks to Danijela to make our stay amazing. From the beginning, she was very helpful for parking, recommendations of restaurants, arrange our late arrival due to the flight cancellation. We're lucky to have her near by our side.

I wish the room has a screen protector to open the window securely. We opened once and a cat jumped into our room. It was nice but unexpected :)

Hotel was amazing. I can say that ıt was a little bit historical and modern. I’m impressed when I first enter the room.Location was perfect. The rooms are clean and everything necessary has been considered. Common use kitchen is available. everyone who worked were very helpful, friendly and kind.I am sure that I will be stay here when ı come again 🖤so when you come to Kotor stay here and enjoy that wonderful city.😉

Amazing place, very ideal Location inside the Kotor Old city. Perfect setup. The rooms are very neat and exactly as you see in the pictures. Many plus points to choose this place, apart from the room you get a complete apartment style setup with a complete kitchen and a TV Lounge I mean it was so awesome to relax instead of just sitting in the room and that’s not all they have excellent espresso machine with free coffee! We really enjoyed our stay and recommend anyone to stay here.

Otel eski şehrin içinde, tarihi saat kulesinin hemen arkasında. Tarihi bir atmosferi var. Temiz, konforlu, kış ayı için oldukça sıcak, geniş , yeni eşyalar ile döşenmişti. Ocak ayına göre gittiğimizde ılık bir hava vardı ama akşam üstü soğuğunda dolaştıktan sonra, o sıcacık koridora ve odaya adım atmak gerçekten o bölge için çok iyi bir konfor.Havlu, tek kullanımlık terlik, duş jeli, sabun , şampuan , tek kullanımlık terlik bulunuyordu. Odada bayağı büyük içinde kasası da bulunan giysi dolabı var.Bulunduğumuz katta her iki koridorda kahve makinesi yer alıyor ve ücretsiz yararlanılıyor. Özellikle Krups marka makineyi tavsiye ederim, cafelerde 2-3 euroya içtiğimiz kahveden bile güzeldi. Kahvesi çok iyi ve sırf 4 günde içtiğimiz kahve sanırım 1 gecelik konaklamaya denk gelmiştir 😄. Ortak mutfakta buzdolabı, ocak, blender, basit yemekler için tüm mutfak gereçleri, buzdolabı var. Biz 3 gece kaldığımız için kullanmadık ama kahvaltısını hazırlayan konuklar vardı. Aldığınız yiyecekleri buzdolabında saklayabilirsiniz. Mutfakta ayrıca çamaşır makinesi vardı. Koridirdaki ortak kullanım dolabında mini buzdolabı, yedek tuvalet kağıtları, küçük ütü Çalışanlar hatta İngilizce bilmeyen temizlik görevlileri bile çok güler yüzlü ve yardım sever. Yakınlarındaki otoparklar saati 0.8-0.9 euro, bize anlaşmalı otoparkından günlüğü 5 euro ya yer ayarlar. Otopark otele yaklaşık 7-8dk yürüme mesafesinde ama bir yanınız dağ ve Kotor körfezi, bir yanınız eski şehrin kale duvarları, keyifli ve manzara seyrederken nasıl geldiğinizi anlamıyorsunuz. Fiyat, konum, imkanlar düşünüldüğünde muhteşem. Kotor'a tekrar gelsem başka yer düşünmeden arayacağım ilk yer.

Yorumumu Kotor'dan sonra, Budva'da 2 gece konaklayacağım yerden yazıyorum. Kotor Nest ile ilgili tek olumsuzluk, tatilimin geri kalanını orada planlamamış olmanın pişmanlığı. Buraya geldiğim birkaç saat , Kotor Nest' i arayıp yer varsa geri mi gitsem isteği oldu.

The hotel has a perfect location and is right in the old town. The rooms are new and clean. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.

Good location in the old city

First it isn’t a hotel. It is a modern apartment with different kind of rooms. Some with bathrooms and some don’t have. No tv in the room at all, no breakfast . You have a main kitchen to make yourself some thing to eat. The parking is very far from the hotel so you have to go with your luggage at least 20min.

Das Appartement war so schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, dass wir ganz begeistert davon waren. Die kleinen liebevollen Details waren es, die den Unterschied ausmachen. Die Farbwahl im Zimmer war perfekt für uns. Die wunderbaren Betten haben uns den besten Schlaf seit langem beschert. Die Ausstattung der Gemeinschaftsküche war hervorragend. Man fühlt sich wie in einer gemütlichen Wohngemeinschaft mit grosszügigem Wohnzimmer und Küche. Für alles ist gesorgt, auch wenn man sich selbst etwas kochen oder einfach einen gemütlichen Abend mit Tee und Buch verbringen möchte. Der Name "Nest" ist Programm! Man nistet sich hier nur zu gerne gemütlich ein. Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht dort waren und das Angebot nicht noch besser nutzen konnten. Das Appartement bietet sich für einen längeren Aufenthalt bestens an. Auch kommt man mit anderen Gästen - sofern man mag - hier gut ins Gespräch.

Wir wurden leider in ein anderes Appartement umgesiedelt welches uns als Upgrade angepriesen wurde, was aber nicht der Fall war ( Little Bay )

La ubicación es sensacional, cerca del casco antiguo de Kotor. El personal fue maravilloso, Lucas en especial, nos ayudó con todas las consultas y nos recomendó muy bien sitios y excursiones. Las instalaciones en general están muy bien, tienen una cocina con todo lo necesario, café bueno y gratis, y la habitación era muy bonita y cómoda.

La insonorización tal vez, estábamos cerca de la puerta y la sala de personal y se escuchaba a la gente, o la cafetera o la lavadora. No llega a ser molesto, pero se podría mejorar.

Loved the property and the location! The bed was comfortable. It was nice having access to a coffee machine and a fully functional kitchen.

Be ready for a lot of steps up to the room. The room we stayed in was above a night club and there was music until 1 a.m. on Friday and Saturday.

The bed was comfortable, and the apartment, though small, was well-appointed and stylish. The location is truly in the heart of old town - parking is nowhere in sight so if you are driving, be prepared for a significant movement with your bags. The apartment is not connected to the main hotel, but rather is in a separate building located directly on the main square in old town.

There were several issues with this booking. First, the apartment is a 4th floor walk-up (no elevator), in a building with no interior lighting. This was not included in the description - had it been, we would have likely booked elsewhere, given the amount of luggage we had, and small baby. Second, the door to the building does not lock - this is an unnecessary security risk given the apartment's location directly off the main square in old town. Third, the description of the property includes washing machine - there is no washing machine. Fourth - the hotel provided no assistance with the parking situation, which is truly a nightmare. The infrastructure around Kotor old town is woefully inadequate. Finally, there were extremely loud concerts in the square immediately adjacent to the apartment from 10:30 PM to 3:00 AM, two nights in a row, including 10 minutes of fireworks directly over the square the second night. The music was unbelievably loud - the entire apartment shook with the heavy bass and drums. From personal experience, it was as loud or louder than major outdoor stadium-type concerts, however due to the fact that it was taking place in a city square, the sound was trapped and reverberated off all the buildings, making it unbearable. The fact that such a level of noise is acceptable in the center of an historic old town area, after midnight, is surprising and reflects poorly on Kotor municipal leadership and the "party culture" of the area. The fact that our host did not notify us of this event despite knowing that we had a small baby, is unacceptable. We had to hold our baby and cover his ears the entirety of the 5-hour concerts both nights in order to protect his ears (again, the building was shaking). The hosts offered foam disposable earplugs after the first night of the festival, which is appreciated but a choking hazard for a baby. Would definitely not stay here again.

Very good room! Perfect common area to prepare breakfast and drink a good wine. Excellent location.

Kotor nest didn't warn us that there is summer carnaval and that it was not possible to sleep before 3am. They didn't feel responsable as they were not making the noise.

Nice location, rooms are in the center of the old town. Rooms and common areas are clean. Nice view from the balcony, it was a bonus. Check in was easy, they were helpful. Recommended!

The helpfull staffs from before i checked-in until checked-out time, especially Lucas, Darija and Ksenija. They willing to pick me up in the old town gate. Darija gave recommendations and directions place to visit, restaurants, bar, local foods, ice cream rolls, and where i can buy local sim card to have internet connection. Ksenija kept help me get a room when i decided to extend in Cattaro Stari Grad and reserved a taxi for me to airport in very early morning. The cleanliness, interior of the room & bathroom made me feel comfort. The heritage apartment was amazing! Like a time capsule, back in time. They kept original almost every single details. Free flow good taste of coffee (from coffee beans in coffee machine, not a sachet) and water are added values.

There was not a lamp/light in entrance, hallway and foyer area of the building, so it was totally dark when the night comes. And the light was not bright enough in the stairs & hall areas to the Kotor Nest's rooms & apartments entrance doors, located in second & third level. Since i was a solo traveler, those situation was lil bit scary and made me feel insecure, uncomfortable.

Kotor Nest is amazingly placed in old town right to the main gate, no matter which way you're coming from you'll always find yourself nearby. WiFi is also huge advantage of this place. Co-living space as a kitchen/dinning/day room are spacious and beautifully furnished. You will have coffee machine to use in hallway. Each guest have own shelf with utensils and in the refrigerator. Room we rented was spacious with huge bed and everything you'll need to relax or work (desk with chair). Bathroom was small but nicely furnished and in my opinion - as it supposed to be. Huge thanks for hairdryer as it take lot of space in luggage so it's nice that it was provided. Hosts are helpful, always smiling and charming.

Clean, beautifully designed interior, cozy. Amazing terrace with an amazing view and area to chill! Kitchen facilities were tought through to the smallest detail - from a high-class coffee machine (loaded with coffee beans regularly) to a blender. The location was the best possible! The personnel was super helpful, friendly and professional!

Incredible stay with Kotor nest! We had our parents staying there and they upgraded them for free to their own private apartment! It's right in the center of old town next to the church with all the kitties! The staff are super sweet and helped us book cabs and arrange transportation, they're also super reactive! Im super pleased and we will be staying here next time we're in Kotor!

The hotel was in a great location in Old Town, and very easy to find. The room was beautiful, and much bigger than I was expecting. The beds were also comfortable, and the air conditioning was great as it was very hot during my visit.

There weren't many amenities and no breakfast (which I knew at booking), but coffee and tea were available. It also gave me an excuse to have breakfast at one of the nearby cafes.

My only complaint is the parking. The property clearly states there is no parking as part of the hotel but says free parking available or some paid parking. There was no free parking available anywhere, and paid parking was even hard to find with long lines. It was also significantly more than mentioned. Do not stay here if you have a car otherwise you’re looking at 1 euro per hour parking.
